Place has definately gone downhill. Appaling service! Just under $40 for Mr7 and Miss5. Miss 5 was wearing another brand of grippy socks but was not permitted 'due to insurance' but they're happy to have their 'safety rules' obscured - see photos. Arrived at 9:36 (6 minutes past opening) and was told we need to wait until 10am to start our strictly 1 hour session (not 1 minute earlier! "Or we will be in big trouble"). There were literally 5 kids on equipment. Place is run down. Foam pit has been removed. Much better play centres in the area. Don't waste your time or money.

As a busy dad to two very high energy little boys, this is our second home. I’d be pulling your leg if I didn’t tell you that I also enjoy a jump or two with the boys while mum gets a few hours to herself. The staff are also great. They are always joining in with the boys and accommodating our needs.

I recently visited Flip Out Jump Park and was extremely disappointed by the discriminatory enforcement of their rules. The signage at the park clearly states that a specific section is reserved for children under 10. However, my 8-year-old child, who is of average Australian height for his age, was told to leave this area because he was deemed "too tall."

This constitutes indirect discrimination under Australian law, as it imposes a condition—based on height—that unfairly disadvantages certain children, despite them meeting the age requirement. Adding to the frustration, the sign with these unclear restrictions is only visible after entering the park and paying, leaving parents unaware of this arbitrary policy beforehand.

I have attached a photo of my child standing next to the sign to demonstrate this inconsistency and lack of transparency. Flip Out Jump Park needs to address this issue immediately by updating their signage, enforcing their policies fairly, and ensuring their terms are communicated before entry. Families deserve a safe and equitable experience without hidden restrictions.

Also worth mentioning that the venue is absolutely filthy; front heavy electric sliding doors are broken and very hard to open.

Avoid.

Staff are incredibly rude. When asked if my daughter had grip socks I responded that she did and that they were in my bag, I had to rifle through my bag to find them because the staff member with a Team Leader shirt ā€œneeded to see themā€ before we could be allowed in. Also had the nerve to tell us our kids needed to put their food away as ā€œoutside food is not permittedā€ which included fruit and sandwiches. Some people don’t like their kids loading up on sugar and rubbish without having some decent food in their tummies. We visit here because it is local however it is nowhere near the quality of their competitors such as Bounce in terms of facilities and service. Will not be back after today’s visit.

Third time here. First was a few years ago and it was great. Last year was okay, however staff were rude and unprofessional. Today.. front door was broken and you have to forcefully slide it open, the back foam pit area was closed, the place felt so dirty and run down and of course the same lady I assume the is manager or owner with the same customer service. She mentioned they are getting a new park next month but why charge full price for what is presented now. Unimpressed and will not be back again!

This place is so tired and run down at the moment. Toilets are filthy (literally had faeces on the seat of the ONE operational toilet in the men’s bathroom), my three year old was constantly getting trampled on by big kids just running through the little kids areas, the place is falling apart with exposed metal and wood. One of the children in our group cut her arm on exposed springs and one bumped their head on exposed wood. It’s really in desperate need of a refurb and the young staff need to enforce the rules to children.

Edited after response to add:
We did tell staff she was hurt, to be told ā€œyeah that happensā€¦ā€ and there was three staff stood right next to the broken foam pads doing nothing. Parents were constantly trying to fix it themselves to protect their kids. It wasn’t even attached with anything (as you can see in the photo). Even if it was taped on, that would be better than nothing surely?

Staff handled a challenging situation of a strong young man with his carer while l was there. Experienced staff put themselves at risk to keep everyone safe. Younger staff were all ready to act to look after young patrons. The whole team did an excellent job in a very challenging situation.
