After renovation it's a huge attractive area that is not allowed for the kids over 130 cm. My 10 year old is not allowed to go for been a few cm taller and got upset. We pay the same amount of money as kids who can enjoy the whole experience.
All trampolines are overcrowded and it's almost impossible and not really safe to jump. They do not limit the amount of people in.
Not the best experience for 30 dollars. I brought my kids here to have fun not to get upset

Love the new facilities - absolute kid heaven! Manager Kim was super helpful with new check in / waiver area. We will be back for kids parties for sure. Best place in the shire

We’ve been having my daughter’s party there every year for 6 years now. Kim and her team are super attentive and take such good care of our the kids.
We just had our party for this year, after all the renovations. We had Cuba in charge of our party and he was just brilliant.
Our kids all have special needs and Cuba was thoughtful and caring with every single one of them. Stayed on top of everything and looked after them in the play area. The best experience!!

Like most, I very rarely post positive feedback but felt I needed to for this business as I'm SOOO happy to see a place where I can bring my older kids to. The renovation is awesome and my 11 and 13 year old LOVED it so much, they keep wanting to come back. There are so many other places for younger kids to go to, but not for the older ones, so thank you Flip Out Caringbah, my kids prefer to visit your place where they get exercise instead of sitting at home on their devices.

Visited today with my son, hoping for a fun day out, but left feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. My son, who was wearing safety-compliant grip socks was unfairly singled out by the staff for not wearing Flip Out branded socks. This led to an embarrassing situation where he was treated harshly in front of other visitors, causing him considerable distress. He was led to tears because he thought he 'broke the rules'. Be careful of potentially misleading practices and the inconsistent application of rules at this location.

Do you like sweating whilst standing still? Then come on down to this hotbox located in an industrial area.
Whilst they do provide mega fans, good luck navigating your way through the labyrinth of sugared-up kids and single mums who have no idea what it means to stand out of the way so you can cool off.
Not to mention the overpriced and underwhelming coffee.
And let's not forget if you have a conversation with the manager in passing. Anyone would think you'd done a burnout on her favourite flip out shirt and then drove off into the sunset.
Do not recommend. One star.

Unfortunately did not enjoy our visit today. The new look is nice, but not as enjoyable as the past. One problem for older kids (years 5 & 6) is that there are fewer areas they can use (height restriction), but the areas they can use seem to be open to all ages…so a lot of wait time and not enough to do. The staff were lovely but quite disappointed that it’s no longer a trampoline park but a playground instead.
