Nice Bakery Located on the Main Street of Canungra,(Christie Street) in the Ampol / FoodWorks Complex.

Had a Quiet Reasonable Selection of Pastries and Baked Goods on Offer. Considering it was Mid Afternoon on a Sunday.

Had a Slice which although Not Cheap at $5, did Taste really nice.

OMG the sourdough here is so good! It’s the best bread I have had… maybe ever! It came as part of the stay we had in an air bnb close by and we ended up stopping off on the way home to get more! It’s unbelievably soft and fresh!

I recently visited this bakery and was disappointed by the service. When I walked in and greeted the staff member, he didn't even bother to turn around. I asked if they had any croissants, and he replied, "No, we are in Australia mate!" This felt dismissive, especially since I could tell he didn't even take a moment to acknowledge my presence. Im not sure if this was due to my non Australian accent. I get that we’re in Australia, but there were plenty of delicious pastries from other cultures on display. Overall, the lack of courtesy and engagement really soured my experience. I won’t be returning.

We take a large group of international students there every year to buy rolls for our hike up at O’Reilly’s and also so they can practice their English.

The service is wonderful and everyone is friendly and the children enjoy ordering there.

We are looking forward to returning again.
