I am not sure how this place has got 4.5 stars. The kid who serves is always grumpy and uninterested in serving people.
This morning when I pointed out the mistake
In calculating the price for items, he was annoyed and mumbled something.
Lost a customer and hopefully you stand up to the stars you have got so far.

Since this bakery has been taken over by another business, I have had a multiple bad experiences. Previously I was disappointed where the staff at the back dealing with cakes was very rude and did not accept the mistake they made on my pre-ordered cake. Anyway, I thought I would give it another chance and today I bought a mini cake ($25) and the quality of the cake was disgusting. It was so hard and dry that we had to throw away the entire cake. Absolute rip-off, coles or woolies do much better moist cakes than the so-called bakery. Never ever coming back for cakes here. The girl at the front serving coffee is good.

Maybe I got the wrong day, but the two staff couldn’t be more disinterested in serving me. One tried to give a sweet to my child without using tongs or a glove, and hadn’t washed her hands from when I watched her walk back behind the cabinets. Wanted to charge me for a second treat when I asked for one to be bagged with tongs. Food was subpar and service was even worse.

Pies are ok, but other foods are disgusting. Go to the bakery at woolies, best pies in flagstone.

We had a pie, sausage roll, custard tart and lamination and it was all so delicious! Will definitely be back. 💗
