I am writing to formally request a full refund of $269 for the 90-minute couple’s massage my partner and I received this evening at 7:30 PM. I am a qualified and experienced professional in the massage industry, and the quality of service delivered was well below acceptable standards, both ethically and professionally.

Please note the following serious concerns:

1. We paid for a 90-minute session, yet each massage lasted only 80 minutes. I had a timer running from the moment we started.

2. Earlier today, I visited the clinic and paid a deposit. I clearly and respectfully requested an experienced therapist capable of delivering strong pressure. That request was not met.

3. Despite repeatedly asking for harder pressure during the massage, my therapist failed to deliver any therapeutic depth or adjustment.

4. I requested a full-body massage with a focus on back and feet. However, the majority of time was spent with a towel over my back and minimal oil application. The technique used was ineffective and unprofessional.

5. Critical areas such as my arms, hands, face, neck, and head were completely ignored.

6. It was evident that neither of the therapists were properly trained or certified. If they are indeed qualified, then urgent retraining or termination should be considered.

7. My partner was even more dissatisfied. His therapist simply pressed random pressure points without delivering a coherent or structured massage.

This experience was not only disappointing—it was unacceptable. As a professional in the industry, I find it deeply concerning that clients are being charged premium prices for such substandard service.

I am requesting a full refund of $269, to be processed immediately. I also expect a call from a manager or responsible staff member to resolve this directly.

Please be assured that if this matter is not addressed promptly, I will pursue further action through formal consumer complaint channels and legal avenues. Additionally, I will share an honest and detailed review publicly—which, given my reputation and presence in the massage industry, will likely have significant impact.

I hope you understand the seriousness of this complaint and address it with urgency and professionalism.

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would.
Excellent customer service, well looked after and the communication was transparent. The rooms are clean, the staff are absolutely fabulous and the massages are high quality and not choreographed.
Every single time we come here we are never disappointed and we are always relaxed afterwards. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve given this place way too many chances. Not happy at all.
Today I wasted $200 on a couples massage and I am not happy with the experience at all. The massage therapist ignored the part that I asked her to focus on and She did not massage the front part of my body at all when she asked me to turn over.
She left me in the room and walked out to do something during the massage (which I know is normal when they go and get towels or something) but she left me for a very noticeable long amount of time! She did not return with towels so I have no idea where she went. I did not get wiped down after the massage with wet towels to remove excess oil. And lastly…. During the massage the aircon was turned on. I told her I was freezing and asked for a spare blanket , she gave me and extra towel. This did not help. I was shaking and freezing. I told her about three times I was freezing cold . She did not turn the aircon down or off. My body was so cold during the massage that my body was not relaxed at all therefore my muscles were tense and not warm and relaxed during the massage. I am so upset . It was my birthday and this was a special treat for me. It was ruined.

Everything almost perfect! the shop is clean and the reception are friendly but the thing is I paid for oil relaxing, I wanted to relax, “I told them twice that I feel hurt but the lady seems doesn’t care and then she do the massage very fast then she left! Not professional!! after the day I’ve had massages my whole body is so painful and my muscles feel so sore 🙁

I have been going to this place for years - back to their old location and had great experiences. But lately I have had the same lady twice and always notice her by her rude and rough nature from the moment she steps into the room. She doesn't ask me which area to focus on and only massaged the back area (I paid for 60 mins remedial and 30 minutes body scrub) and she finished up early too. The body scrub was too rough I had to tell her to stop as I was afraid she would do damage. I have had many body scrubs before but this time I noticed hives on my back when I got home. The lady in reception was very lovely though. Although I have loved this place for a very long time, not sure if I will be back!

UPDATE: The manager reached out and resolved the issue with professionalism and was very understanding.

Lovely experience, calming ambiance and music.
Great professionals showed that they understood my needs and applied proper techniques on the requested massage.
