Gary knows where the knots are in my shoulder and back and without a doubt he finds them every time and deals with those suckers. He relieves the pain every time I’ve had a treatment with him.

I found Fit and well massage by driving by. Booked on line for 1 & 1/2 hours. Had my first appointment on Saturday 22.2.20 (Which I know will be the 1st of many)
WOW Gary is an absolute professional. From the moment I was greeted at the door I knew I had made the right decision. His massage room is very inviting as well as beautifully calming.
But then came the massage Gary is a very experienced therapist, his caring nature flowed through his hands to all my aches, he checked in with me whilst massaging to ensure everything was okay. I walked out of there with total relaxed feeling, my lower back which is a constant problem for me felt loose and the tension gone. Today Sunday I got out of bed and for the 1st time in I don’t know how long I didn’t do the old lady shuffle I got out of bed feeling relaxed ?

I've never had a massage quite this good. I've seen Garry 4 our so times now and every time I have left feeling better than when I entered. Garry makes sure he finds out if are any problems he needs to work on and goes above and beyond to make sure the treatment is tailored to what you need. Won't see anyone else, cheers Gaz

Gary is great, really knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable even though I'm not a massage person. He was accomdating and even through a blackout managed to make the session great. 100% recommend!

Clean and professional. Gary has not only a lovely and inviting character but also is an obviously very well trained therapist who found all the problem places in my back and shoulders. Will definatly be going back regularly, great job, highly recommended!

Was feeling like a fence post when I walked in to see Gary. Walking out the door after a 60min consultation I felt amazing! Great Guy, Great Facility! Easy booking on his website. Highly recommend!

I always come away from a massage with Gary feeling relaxed. Gary listens to you with regards to your ailments and will focus on those areas but still provides a wholistic full body massage. I could not recommend a better massage therapist!
