I’ve been a member of Cartel Gym for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The facilities are great, and the staff is friendly and supportive. The workouts and classes offered are engaging and help keep me motivated.

However, I did have an issue with an overdue payment that was not resolved satisfactorily. Despite it being a mistake on their part, I have not received a refund, which has been quite frustrating. I believe their billing system or the person managing it could use some improvement to prevent such issues in the future.

Aside from this hiccup, I enjoy my time at the gym and appreciate the community aspect. I hope my feedback helps them enhance their services further,

Better than normal experience at gym today. I took a mate for a trial and everything was on point in the club. Staff were really friendly and did everything they could to provide exceptional customer service. Inside the gym at atmosphere was enjoyable, motivating and friendly. Good job today Cartel.

As very new gym-goers, my husband and I were hoping to find a gym that suited both of our needs. We are incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, facilities and overall accepting atmosphere at Fitness Cartel Virginia. We were initially helped by DJ, who showed outstanding customer service as we navigated new information. The support and service provided by DJ made a significant impact on our decision to sign up.

This is a fantastic gym, with childcare to suit my needs and as of Aidan, she was amazing to deal with. Totally professional and great service. I had my first experience today and have not been disappointed! I train there about 90min Knowing my daughter was in great care in the childcare facilities. By far the best gym I’ve ever been in, It’s like you on another planet. So glad I’ve joined…

For stay at home mums who enjoy classes , not a good gym .
They promised classes throughout the day , when in reality there was maybe 1 in the morning and then 1 in the afternoon, sure there are virtual classes , but creche doesn't fit in with them .
Creche could be brilliant if they would hire people who actually knows what they are doing , and are not just young and cheap. After leaving my toddler there who got bit twice by the same kid , and my complaint wasn't taken seriously , would rethink sending your kids here.
Also if you promise a sauna in every gym , but in reality charge for merse next door , rethink what you are selling .

Will say the class instructors where terrific , so at least there's a positive.

I was assisted by Arie with getting a new membership yesterday alongside my younger brother. Did an amazing job was very welcoming. Furthermore, the receptionist team made an exquisite Biscoff shake for us both. Definitely recommend this gym.

Abdolute scammers. Did an Online enquiry only. these thieves debited my sons card stole his money took a month to refund his money after apologising for the mistake they made did not remove his card and made another unauthorised debit of $214 my son is not a member of this gym and has never had a membership yet they are stealing his money. Steer clear of this gym.
