Fresh baked bread roll with chilli oil, tomato, basil and anchovies is my favorite. Deep-fried mini donuts are hard to resist, with a crispy, golden-brown exterior and a soft, fluffy center that melts in mouth. The portion is small and they are not cheap.

Exceptional artisan bakery on the lower North Shore. The emmer seeded loaf and wholemeal fruit and nut loaf are next level good. The Armenian walnut cake is also delicious. You can grab a coffee and enjoy the village like setting of Blues Point Road.

Came here for a snack. The sandwich I hate was quite small and expensive but it did taste really nice. Some of the breads are sold out if you come too late. I will probably need a 2nd visit to see how it is.

The guys at Fiore know how to make cracking sourdough bread. My favourite items include the Spiga pull apart (which is only available on the weekends), wholemeal fruit and nut loaf (available on Tue & Sat only) and the sourdough rolls. Their classic white sourdough is consistently great.

What I love about the Spiga is that is has the perfect crumb to crust ratio, but has the added flavours from the seeds & EVOO. I could eat this bread every day!

A great example of an inner city bakery found on the Lower north shore.
Service, coffee, sandwiches, sweet treats and bread to take home were all world class.

The staff are rude and condescending. Been here a number of times now.
The Bombolini and bread is excellent.
The coffee is fine.
I’m considering not going again as the customer service just detracts from the whole experience and while the baked goods are great it’s just not worth the negative experience.

Hands down one of the best sourdough breads I had in Sydney! We ordered a weekend panini (with porchetta and super delicious chili oil), a loaf of white sourdough bread, almond biscotti, chocolate biscotti and a latte. The breads were simply divine; crusty and crunchy on the outside with a soft, airy & spongy interior, coupled with the distinct tangy flavor, it’s definitely a heavenly combination and a complete treat to your tastebud. The biscotti are super delicious too (crunchy and flavorful), definitely worth getting. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to come back to try their brioche and other breads too! Definitely a must to visit if you are in the area ?
