What stunning venue. Staff were excellent, very friendly and very professional. Our work held their Gala award dinner here in Oct 2024 and it was fabulous from start to finish. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was superb. WELL DONE to all the team at Fins at Plantation House.

My husband and I got married at fins in October 2024 and my god it was the most special day of our lives. From the moment we found this venue (by accident) we absolutely FELL IN LOVE. We both knew we NEEDED to have our wedding there. We booked an onsite meeting and Juliette and the staff were amazing. They talked us through every little detail, things we didn’t even think about and felt so comfortable and at ease. All our guests raved about the food and still talk about the food and beautiful view now. It did rain on our wedding for a little bit but the staff were so reassuring and accommodating and the moment it stopped, everyone was outside drying the chairs and setting up. As a bride, I was looking from the bridal suite and felt so happy to still have the ceremony outside and all the staff doing what they could to make this possible. We had 148 guests and Fins was the only venue we found that accommodated for that many guests with attention to detail. We were so grateful that Fins really understood that we wanted a fun, lively, atmosphere for our wedding. From the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the bar and dinner and reception, everything was perfect. I 100% recommend this venue and I hope one day I can go to fins as a guest. Thank you Juliette, Morgan, chef Snowy and the team for taking care of us and being such pivotal parts of our most magical day ✨❤️

What a dream.
Fins at plantation house is the perfect venue for anyone and everyone. Its versatile elegance can be kept sweet and simple, or you can easily escalate the extravagance to whatever level you desire. From start to finish, the team were an absolute delight and were super helpful and supportive (Juliette, you have the patience of a Saint and I’m so grateful for you!).
When locking in my vendors, every single one of them said how much they love working with Fins Plantation House and it showed on my day with how perfectly and seamless everything came together. Juliette pre-coordinated my day with the vendors better than I could have ever imagined.
Morgan (the fabulous on the day co-ordinator), and the beautiful hospitality/bar team were flawless. My guests all said how accommodating and lovely the team was and nothing was ever a worry. Their friendliness and professionalism was second to none and they were just the cherry on top for the perfect venue.
Now the food… Never in my life have I eaten better food at a wedding. EVERY-ONE of my 100 guests absolutely raved about the food and Chef Snowy provides the best menu and dining options I’ve seen on the gold/tweed coast for weddings.

Planning was very efficient and kept us at ease with any queries, they connected us with recommended vendors which made the organising process very easy. The staff and coordination on the night were amazing - we kept getting complements from the guests about the quality of the staff, food and venue. Definitely recommend getting married here!

Adam & I were married at Fins Plantation House in April 2024. Wow, what can we say?! The absolute dream day at the ultimate dream venue. Morgan, Snowy and their team (big shout out to Juliette also) were incredible. The whole process was seamless, from start to finish, we had absolutely no stress when planning our wedding through Fins. If we could do the day over 100 times? We’d choose fins at every opportunity! As cliche as it sounds, it was the best day of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the seamless on the day coordination the team provide and support from Morgan, who makes you feel like family. The evening was a spectacular celebration of flavour, passion, and the spirit of my hometown, Kingscliff.

The warmth and ambiance created by the team and those amazing wood-fired dishes truly showcased the best of Tweed’s culinary treasures….the lobster was my personal fave!

Your dedication and artistry left me inspired and very grateful. Thank you for an unforgettable evening under the stars/fairy lights!

I look forward to returning to Plantation House or Fins again soon.

I just don't even know where to start! Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. We fell in love with Fins when we visited and instantly booked. Juliette was by our side the whole time and she was honestly the best. Nothing ever phased her - I had so many questions and she took the time to carefully answer every single one. Her expertise and knowledge was so appreciated. Morgan and the team on the day were flawless, everything was so seamless and our guests never had an empty hand. We've had so much feedback about how attentive the staff were. Morgan made the day run so smoothly and I cannot thank her enough, she was an absolute angel! The food - omg - is out of this world. Hats off to Chef Snowy and his team, our guests are still talking about the food! Feasting style was a huge hit (the beef gnocchi is next level) and the live food station at cocktail hour was fun! Also the pavlova is to die for, one of our guests literally had 3 or 4 of them it was that good! Everything was just phenomenal.

I honestly cannot express how incredible the team at Fins are. Just about every single guest said it was one of the best venues they'd been to. Our day was so, so magical and I wish we could do it all again.

Where do we even start. Everything was just perfect. First of all, Morgan and Juliette have been with us and supported us every step of the way since we locked in Fins as our wedding venue. Morgan and the team were also there on the day, making everything absolutely seamless. Our guests kept mentioning how incredible and tentative all the staff were on the day and there was not a single moment any of our guests had an empty glass, which was very appreciated. And the food!! It is out of this world. I am vegan and Snowy and his chefs went above and beyond to make sure the most amazing vegan food was served to me. For guests without any dietary requirements, we had a grazing style kind of dinner and all of our friends and family kept mentioning this was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Especially the pork belly with king prawn starter and Snowy’s fish main was mentioned several times the days after. We even brought some leftovers with us and got to enjoy the food the day after as well! Guests have also been reaching out to us requesting the wine list as this was also on point. On top of all of this, the venue and backdrop is incredible and we could not be happier with our location photos and videos. Thank you Morgan, Snowy and the team for creating our dream wedding!
