Finn &Co is a nice cafe that does their food very well! When you go in, you can smell butter and sugar - that means freshly baked goods in house!!!
We ordered chicken wrap and eggs your way on toast. Both were so delicious- the poached eggs were the best. Poached eggs from most other cafes tastes a bit sour from vinegar that goes in the water. And I was told that you put cooked eggs in the cold fresh water after poached, so it doesn’t keep cooking while other food is getting ready and remove the vinegary taste. Most cafes don’t do it because it’s extra effort, and the chef at Finn&Co put extra effort to make the plate perfect. Also the toast was perfect cooked, chicken wrap had balanced flavour. Then we ordered a carrot cupcake - it took 10 min and we were wondering why it takes time, because you expect a cold cupcake directly from the fridge in other cafes. But my cupcake in Finn&Co was served warm!!! What a great way to enjoy this delicious treat! I don’t know how they did it, but the cupcake was hot but frosting didn’t melt at all. It was definitely the best.
The service was very good. Staff was attentive, efficient and friendly. Food came out hot like they cooked 2 seconds ago, and the timing of drink and food was good.
Only one thing was, it was a hot summer day and inside of cafe was stuffy with people ( it was sunday lunch and was FULL), kitchen and food. There was an air conditioner but wasn’t on at all. Guess just fans would’ve done a good job. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal. Will definitely go back for fresh baked scones.

You will enjoy the vibe of this cafe, if you love visiting small cafes in mountains and small regions. Food was great and the quantities are sumptuous. Loved the beer battered chips and the sauses

If you’re looking for the best coffee of your life, look no further than Finn and Co.
The staff are absolutely lovely—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The food was just as impressive: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. But the real standout? The coffee. Hands down the best I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and make this your next stop—you won’t be disappointed!

Shout out to Finn one of the team at Finn and Co. Such great service. I was greeted warmly with a smile and even though I had not made a booking and it was very busy Finn was able to find me a table. He was polite, engaging nothing was too much trouble. the food delicious. Just what I needed after a long train ride. I will definitely be back again. Finn is a credit to your cafe.

Without a doubt the best cafe in Springwood. We always say we will try somewhere new but end up circling back to Finn and Co as we never leave disappointed. Robert is the friendliest hospitality worker/cafe owner I’ve ever met - nothing is ever too much of a hassle for him and he’s always willing to accommodate special requests. The rest of the staff are always so happy and welcoming as well. The food is great and reasonably priced. 10/10, will always recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to eat!

Always love coming here for a morning coffee and bite to eat. The staff host a warm and inviting environment but the best part is by far the coffee! (food isn't bad either) Favourite cafe in the Blue Mountains
