Ordering and delivery was straight forward - we ordered custom benches for bag racks, and they look amazing - very serviceable and easy to clean too. Received a catalogue in the mail. We found some great aluminum park settings on sale for End of Financial Year. Felton were able to hold the stock for 4 months until delivery in November. Product was delivered all the way to Cairns - when noted on original order, with a phone call prior too, and after delivery. The service of their department was exceptional. The park settings were easy to assemble, and perfect for our new outdoor area for secondary students- we want to buy more! Thankyou
