Pro: very affordable price , heater in room, full kitchen, aircon in dining area, plenty parking, 2 toilets in the house
Con: shared accommodation! a room had smoking smell, another bedroom bed is too small for two, dirty boiling water kettle, wifi only provided one night even we stayed for 2, environments around the house poorly maintained, some lights not working properly.

Property looked more like a rubbish dump than "Farm guest house" accom. premises. Sure it was relatively cheap, but still poor value. Shared toilet & bathroom were clean, shared kitchen & fridge were not!
Unclear entry into accom. proper, & the dog was tied up on a short rope in the yard (appeared to be the case most of the time: terrible ?).
Best avoided.

Very cheap, so very basic. Room faced west and was an oven. If you're fussy about cleanliness, this is not the place for you-spend the money on a motel.

The pictures are not a true representation of this property. The property is a trash heap, looks like its a tip. Don't go there it's awful. We drove in from Qld took one look and left

Pretty expensive for the location and was hard to find. Area looked like a dumping point.
The housekeeper was very kind and helpful.
