My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom, self contained apartment for 9 nights. On arrival the apartment was clean and well decorated. All amenities were in good order and functioned properly. Beds were super comfortable however, the bedrooms did not have block out curtains so sleeping in was made difficult due to the morning light but this did promote an early rise to get into the days activities.
The care takers Alan and his wife Christine are amazing. They are very friendly and so accommodating.
There's an on site pool which is great for all ages. The underground carpark is very convenient, with allocated spaces. The beach is just a short walk via a bush trail where you'll see some bird life.
My family and I had an amazing stay here, it simply wasn't long enough. I can't recommend Fairways enough.

Had an excellent stay in a Level 4, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment. Freshly renovated & very clean & quiet, albeit it with basic inclusions. The Complex was pristine, the Manager & Staff extremely helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Will definitely return & recommend. Do need to point out, these are individually owned Apartments, so each will have different décor & furnishing.

We enjoyed our stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Parking was easily accessed and very secure. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool and putt-putt due to the rain but hopefully we will do so when we return in a couple of months. We recommend Fairways as a great place to stay on Bribie.

Wow what an amazing place. Alan, the property manager is just fantastic. Anything you need he assists you with in a timely manner. He is friendly, bubbly and has a world of knowledge about Bribie Island. We as a family would recommend Fairways Golf & Beach Retreat to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to be with your family. The beach is only 800 metres away roughly. It is just a wonderful place. We will return one day.

Pool was nice. Loved the rooftop BBQ area, very spacious with dishwashing liquid, sink, BBQ'S and lots of seating with views of Moreton Island and Brisbane city. Room was great, bed too hard and not enough cutlery and crockery available. Had to ask for more toilet paper as there was half a roll provided for a 2 night stay. Was pricey and not very close to the beach. Did enjoy our stay although the outside chairs were broken and the bathroom sink kept blocking.

Very enjoyable visit. The apartment was well appointed. Beds were comfortable enough even though the single beds might be close to retirement. The mini-golf was fun and the rooftop BBQ area is great. Perfect place for golf. Really quiet area but you notice the golfers arrive early if you have a unit on the carpark side (minor really). Recommended!

We decided to spoil ourselves and stayed in a penthouse apartment for 2 nights. It well and truly met our expectations - four separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, full kitchen, large balcony and of course access to the private rooftop complete with kitchen, fridge and bbq. It was nice and clean and very spacious. Teresa went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay and the location was just perfect for our golfing getaway. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach which we found hard to fit in as we just enjoyed the apartment! Thank you!

We booked a two br apartment for three nights and were very disappointed with the state of the underground parking, lack of a/c in all bedrooms and the cleanliness of the room and other common areas. We had to walk through smelly water with our luggage to get the the lifts and our room was tidy tired and needed a very good dusting and the bathroom needed mopping and the shower was mouldy. The bedrooms were so hot due to lack of a/c and the curtains/bedspreads were badly stained. The skirtings and pictures were coated in a thick layer of dust and the winds/screens were too. The balcony needed to be cleaned and we felt very uncomfortable be there in general. We paid decent money for a less than acceptable space ?
