Denise and Gina, did not disappoint. Friendly, customer focussed with extensive knowledge on skin care to enhance not only how you feel but enhance your inner beauty.
I love their natural beauty tips as well.

I recommend Face Affair. I will be trying there facial peels next. The Pedicure by Gina beautiful calm , relaxing, well balanced between foot scrubs, cutting toenails and painting. I love that they didn’t just recommend products with harsh overselling. For woman all ages don’t drive past. It’s worth coming in and given them a go.

A fairly average facial for the price charged, with minimal privacy as you're not in a private room. I agree with the other reviews noting that it doesn't feel luxurious or very professional. Any noise from anywhere else in the spa carries over - not incredibly relaxing to hear someone getting their tan done and all the gossip that goes with it. Didn't ultimately feel any significant improvement to my skin following the facial either. Was left alone in the space multiple times, which is a little disappointing when you're paying for a service and someone's time.

I had a spray tan with Denise for the first time and not once was I uncomfortable or felt awkward. Denise has such a warm and friendly personality that you just instantly trust her. The colour she picked for me was great. I told her natural and she picked a great tan. She was brilliant. Highly recommend Face Affair and will definitely try their other services.

I had planned a belated birthday/ Christmas Day for my friend. She is on her own raising 2 kids and needed some pampering. I made the booking and looked at the reviews and called to enquire about a double appointment at the same time to get facials together and do our nails and made sure they knew it was a special appointment for my friend. I was ushered into a room first thinking that my friend was joining me soon. After half an hour I asked if my friend was in the next room and if her facial had started. The lady looking after me went to see what was taking the other beautician a long time as my friend had not yet entered the treatment room. A few more minutes passed and the lady came back and said that my friend had walked out and left. I called my friend and she was very upset and embarrassed because they did not communicate with her on why it was taking a long time. She felt uncomfortable because almost an hour had passed and we were suppose to be doing our facials together at the same time. She was asked to sit and wait with no explanation and no regard to the special appointment made especially for her. She should have been treated like a queen. I was horrified and felt awful for my friend. I stopped the facial half way and walked out to be with my friend. On a day that was supposed to be a special gift for my friend ended up leaving her feeling hurt and awkward. I was very upset and disappointed. I work in the medical/ beauty industry and communication and organisation for a professional and reputable business. Our day was ruined. This business has been around for over 30 years and known in their community. The lady looking after me was part owner. I don’t want to give them a bad wrap but if they read this review, I hope that the owners can take it as constructive criticism and improve their business in these areas where, unfortunately, they lacked on this day. I would have become a regular otherwise. I have found another Spa and took my friend there and loved it so much that I took my husband there twice already.

The staff are really lovely, friendly and professional. I had a great chat to my beautician through my treatment. Very down to earth and not judgemental.

I got a 1/2 leg and upper lip wax, both which were done very well and with as little pain as possible. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.
