We recently used Exotic Lily for our wedding in June. I was a little frustrated with the slow communication responses but the end result made up for that. They delivered everything & more that we asked for on the day. From the flowers to the table arrangements & lighting everything was perfect. We used them for both the ceremony & reception decorations as well as outdoor lighting & all flower arrangements & all was perfect, we were also pleasantly surprised by the pricing! Dan was lovely to deal with. Thank you again!!

Dan and the team at Exotic Lily styled our wedding at the Newcastle Club. We both agree that everything at our wedding was EXACTLY what we had imagined, and this is largely due to Exotic Lily’s incredible styling. From the start, Dan had several calls with us understanding and clarifying our desired styles. He had then prepared a comprehensive style book/quote for us to look at, and was extremely flexible when we asked for some modifications. The team turned our fairytale wedding into a reality with their incredible setup with florals and decorations including table arrangements and perfect mood lighting. We would not have wanted any one else to style our wedding, and could not recommend Dan and the team at Exotic Lily highly enough!

I didn't use this company for my event but felt i needed to leave a review either way.
What can i say?
I was not able to received a quote online, and made an appointment for a face to face consultation.
The customer service from the young girl who we dealt with was beyond disgusting. I would have been embarrassed to have her representing a company I had built up.
Her lack of care, and attitude was a major factor in what drove us away.
I was trying to gauge an idea on what items would cos to hire and was making a mental note as we walked around the shop floor.
A few days later i received a quote and it was 2-3 times higher than the prices quoted to me in our consultation. when i questioned this the young girl advised me that she couldn't possibly be expected to remember all the prices per item. When i said i understood that but wasn't happy with how high the discrepancy was- her response was "well you either want to hire the stuff or you dont"
Speaking with the manager didnt offer any assistance either.

i would rate them 0 out of 5 if that were an option
