Bakery with vietnamese food. Food was ok but nothing amazing. Bakery products that I bought were average and I would not buy again. Parking is easy as its in a shopping centre.

Bought an egg & Lettuce sandwich, could taste something crunchy and thought maybe eggshells... it was sand, dirt and bugs on the Lettuce.. won't be coming back that's for sure, definitely a food safety issue. Especially seeing as I'm pregnant and the risk of harmful bacteria with dirty Lettuce!

Had a crispy pork banh mi. Not much crispy but loaded with pork. I mean lots. Beautiful fresh roasted pork.
Could have done with a bit more salad and dressing but was very enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

As far as pies go, these are pretty good. I have selected the tomato and onion today at the Everton park bake house today. It certainly has plenty of tomato and onion in it. My only criticism is that it was probably a tad too salty. However, not salty enough to put me off eating it. The service was friendly and quick, the only issue I had in store was is the facts that they added 5 cents to the eftpos payment. The fact that a business is doing this additional charge is probably a bit of a joke. I understand the girl was doing her job. I have no issue with 5 cents I do have an issue when the additional charge is added and not even mentioned. I hope this bakehouse changes its procedures sooner than later.

Food is good and staff are fine. Never open on weekends at signed times. Seems like they just open when they feel like it . Rather annoying after consecutive weekends driving down to find them closed well after the advertised opening time .

Come here a few times and get their iced coffee. They always use so much ice that it's hard to get the straw in the cup.

Today I asked for half ice and the lady made sure to fill the cup with as much ice as possible.

If the extra 20 mil of milk is gonna send you bankrupt you can just charge me instead of packing with ice when I asked otherwise
