Kylie is an absolute magician. She transformed the Sugar Wharf into a wedding venue we could have only dreamed of. The styling was actually phenomenal - I cannot put into words how both I and my husband felt upon walking into the venue 🤩

But more than just a stylist, Kylie went above and beyond - essentially taking on the role of our wedding planner. Our wedding was not a traditional format (micro ceremony followed by a big party) - Kylie took our unique requests in her stride, to help us plan a beautiful event that suited our needs. She took the time to think through different concepts, and continued to tweak elements, right up until the wedding day, to make sure she created the best possible result for us.

She liaised closely with our caterer and florist, to ensure every touchpoint was planned to perfection. And in the lead up she was only ever an email or phone call away, with guidance and recommendations on everything from local makeup artists to babysitters.

Kylie and her team organised the styling, furniture hire and florals for our wedding in May 2022 at the Pullman Palm Cove. They far exceeded our expectations from the minute we enquired about their services up until our big day. They were accommodative to changes due to Covid and wet weather on the day and were so helpful with advice on how to bring our vision to life. We were a little nervous due to being located in NSW but Kylie and her team made us feel at ease with their knowledge on the local area.

Kylie nailed the brief!! Everything from placemats, florals and even the chair coverings were absolute perfection! Kylie never once doubted what we had in mind and was fully supportive and even excited to bring it all to life. She made us feel super comfortable with everything and we were always informed. Eventcore....what an amazing team! Kylie and her team of vendors were absolutely incredible.
I engaged Kylie about 1.5 to 2 years out and after all the initial back and forth locking vendors and dates in, we had couple of check ins but it was so nice and easy until about 3 months out where we got the ball rolling on things! I loved this as I didn't feel suffocated at all as I had full trust in her that it was under control....because lets face it thats why I hired a wedding planner! A month out she got the ball rolling and it was smooth sailing as far as wedding organization, she even helped us plan our separate bucks and hens party that we then met up for an amazing party to celebrate all together, she organized our night before dinner also....there wasn't anything Kylie couldn't get organized for us! I put all my faith and trust in her and she absolutely blew it out of the park....our guests are still talking about how amazing the wedding and pre events were.
The attention to detail, the last minute changes and wet weather contingency plans...she handled everything and made it the best day ever!!
Kylie and her team of vendors created something truly spectacular....there is only one thing wrong and thats, that we want to do it all again every year!!!
