Gold class area was nice. Seating inside was good, clean & comfortable. Staff didn't really look like they wanted to be there, slow delivery of food & drinks. I also found it quite expensive for what you get - a larger seat that reclines, less people in the cinema & table service. $92 for 2 people to enter.

Sorry thought the Wicked premiere was a rip off. Had to pay $45 for what? Didn't recieve a goody bag or complimentary drink like other cinemas were offering.

Beautiful gold class cinemas. The lounge area is a great place to relax before the movie. The recliner seats in the cinema are wide and comfortable which is great for a long movie. Food options are quite good and reasonably priced for this type of experience. Our food was good but nothing amazing. Highly recommend going during a week day before 5pm, as you can get a discount from full price as Cinebuzz member.

One of the best movies places I've ever been to in Brisbane, the price was cheap and the popcorn was good, the only thing that was a bit weird was the fact that the cinema was almost empty when I went there. Overall amazing place and definitely recommended

Went here to see the new Batman Movie with Robert Pattinson. We booked the 12:30 session, well don't bother getting there until 1pm because you will sit through a solid 30 minutes of ads, and reminders hounding you to go to the candy bar to buy overpriced food.
The movie was good enough, very loud speakers in the VMAX cinema 2. I liked them but it was too loud for my partner.
I got a large drink which was $8.80 which is insane considering you could buy a 2L coke at Woolies for 3 bucks.
The combos for a drink and popcorn go upto $17 which is rediculous.
The movie tickets were $13 dollars using membership points, I think they would have been $17-24 dollars without it. Again, insane prices. Cineplex charges almost half as much for the tickets and the food. Plus even if you use a gift card online to pay for the tickets, they still charge you a $4 booking fee... Uh, $4 so I can buy a ticket using a gift card? Are you for real?
Chairs are also kind of shallow, not as comfortable and don't recline like reading cinemas, who are also cheaper.
Woman at the front was kind and actually asked for covid Vax proof unlike the kids who are usually working and don't bother asking anyone.
Overall, wouldn't have gone here if it wasn't a VMAX cinema and had the cinebuzz points to not need a mortgage to afford a ticket.

Amazing service from all the staff, Gold Class is really worth it for the comfort, space, atmosphere and fantastic food & beverages available throughout the film delivered right to your seat.

My partner and I were the only 2 people in the cinema. It was just ads and it was so incredibly loud that it was so uncomfortable. I went and spoke the event team and they said it's probably just the ads but they will check. The movie stayed so loud we both had to cover our ears for any part of the film that wasn't just dialogue. Movie ended and it was just a horrible experience. Once we left there were contractors working in the food court so we assume the volume had been increased for this purpose but it was ultimately a bad experience.

I went with my boyfriend today. It was awesome!!! The man who worked today was super friendly and nice..🥹 His service touched my heart. Both of us really appreciate with the service and experience. We want to visit again💓💕
