If there was a no star option I would choose it. We arrive at 8:30pm, Get our tickets and food. I was impressed with the drink options of regular fizz AND frozen fizz. The movie is to start at 8:40. We walk into a cinema with a very small screen and very uncomfortable seats. There is hardly a cushion to them. The rows of seats weren't on a higher level then the one in front of you so when people came and sat in the seats in front of us we couldn't see the screen. We moved. At 8:40 the adverts begin. (There's always 10 minutes of adverts right.) Try 10 minutes of television ads and 10 minutes of movie trailers. The screen was dirty and the sound quality was absolutely terrible. The apparent "sourround sound" was three old school speakers on each side of the cinema room. We left 10 minutes into the actual movie and got a refund on our tickets.

Horrible experience. So disappointed. Purchased the special gift bag and limited edition drink and popcorn just to be told they cannot hand it out at the advance screening. The gift bag was full of just testers and leftover food expiring in about 2 months absolutely no barbie items what a disappointment

Old and outdated
No Dolby Atmos
Seats are old and filthy
Terrible quality
Asian cinemas are way more advanced with Audio and visuals , seating etc
This was like going to the movies in the 80s

Terrible... If the squealing speakers in cinema 4 that looked like they were falling apart weren't bad enough, the sound absorbing squares on the wall had finally given way to gravity due to age. Then there is the smell... It seriously took my breath away (for the entire movie) like a retirement village for old dusty pillows, but I could be mistaken for it may just have been the seats that have had the stuffing sat out of them! Will never go back there again until it's renovated into this century no matter how cheap the tickets!!! 🤢🤮

Excellent venue offering hiring the bug screen for personal events including gaming which truly amazes me!! Everything was fine staff were amazing I just taking away one star due to the rubbish that was on the seat that I sat in for the movie I went to see.

Staff are helpful, prices are fair, but I found the new-ish seats in VMAX to be ridged and uncomfortable. The other choice is smelly old seats in the other cinemas. It's such a shame really. To be honest, I wouldn't bother to redo the old seats with such an old screen. But a deep clean is very much in order.

This is decent cinema, right next to the food court with free wifi. Service is pretty good, and movies are relatively on time, except for the 15 minutes worth of ads. Pretty clean and enough legspace in vmax.

Not a great cinema to go to. Manager is very rude and discriminate's against people with disabilities and staff follow. Doesn't want us to disrupt other moive goers but then comes and disrupt's and harasses us while the moive is on. Very happy that this cinema is closing. There are better cinema's with better staff and management in other suburbs. Good riddance.
