Very clean and neat presentation . Basic kitchen amenities. Cabin with ramp has hand rails in bathroom for accessible usage for physically impaired.
Air-conditioned.

Best views of valley possibly from any location in Eungella. Very quiet and tidy landscaped gardens.

So many native birds graced us with their presence. Friendly singing Magpies, Rainbow Lorikeets, Kookaburras, and very shy Buff Banded Rails (look similar to a quail). Fruit bats that roost in the trees near the Chalet cover the sky on sunset and make a spectacular flight.

Walking distance to Goodes Lookout, Eungella Chalet and the Eungella Cafe.

Beautiful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable with the most amazing view. We will definitely be back.
I only wish I planned ahead and brought more food up the mountain to make use of the full kitchen and barbecue, as there are not many food options nearby.

Our group booked the whole 3 cabins. We had an awesome weekend with good food and company. We did some local walks and took in Cedar Gallery. We are repeat guests and will continue to return. A gr8 weekend away. A family favourite to visit. A big tick from us.

We enjoyed our three days at Mountain Edge Escape. We stayed in the two bedroom Beechwood unit the first day and then moved to one of the one bedroom units. The units. Very nice cabins with spectacular views. You do need to stock up with food before driving up the mountain. The chalet was the only place open for us and it was nice for a meal and coffee with great views also. We enjoyed the bush walks with the sky window the shortest but offering the best views of the valley. We saw plenty of platypus on the two days we went looking. The cabins had everything you need for a stay.

The location is excellent, right on the edge of the escarpment looking back down the Pioneer Valley towards Mackay. We were there in December when it's very hot on coast, but the uplands were cooler, with fresh breezes and cool nights.||The facilities were excellent, everything was provided and everything was spotless.||The best site for seeing the Eungella Honeyeater is about 15km away, and the cabins are ideally situated to get to other forests and walking trails. The number of bird spp you can see from the deck is outstanding. And there are fireflies in the evening!

Really good value for money, spacious cabin with everything you could possibly need. The view from the cabin is excellent, especially on sunrise. We were only there for a short time but wish we could have stayed longer! Check in was easy, paid and booked over the phone, couldn't be happier, thanks!!

Fantastic view and sooo peaceful. Lovely clean and well-equipped cabin. Such obliging friendly staff/owners. Close to the Chalet for meals. Very reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go again. Thankyou.
