Highly recommended, nicely appointed rooms with everything you need in a cosy historic homestead. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring the local area. Convenient to birdwatching spots throughout the region. We had a wonderful stay in ‘The Cabin’ at Gridley over Christmas with our six month old. The Cabin’s fit out and decor are exceptional with great views of Mt Cooroy from the deck. It was a hot few days so we very much appreciated the air con and the shaded parking for our car. Louise & Marco are such welcoming hosts. We were greeted at check in with the most delicious homemade coconut slice, beautifully presented, and Louise even left a little gift for our baby on Christmas Day which was just so thoughtful. We will definitely be back.

We spent a lovely 5 nights in this charming B&B hosted by Marko and Louise who were truly welcoming. They really care about their guests and are extremely attentive. Our 'Blue Room' in the main house was very clean and comfortable. The guest lounge has a fantastic collection of books and DVDs and on the very cold nights was kept cosy by the wood-burning stove.||Breakfast was provided between 7.30 and 8.30 each morning and we would thoroughly recommend as Marko uses fresh and high quality ingredients. We very much enjoyed Gridley as a base for exploring the region as well some excellent restaurants in Eumundi. A real gem!

My Daughter and I came up to Eumundi from Melbourne to attend a Doll needle felting weekend work shop. We stayed at the Homesteads delightful little Cabin. So peaceful a joy to stay in. Also a cooked Breakfast to die for. I highly recommend
We will be back next year for sure

Marco and Louise are genuine, friendly, caring and perfect hosts. The homestead is delightful, as was our room. We sat on the veranda and experienced a storm spectacular. It was Halloween. Marco still managed to cook a delicious breakfast Sunday morning with the power still out from early evening Saturday. The location is great for a stroll into the Eumundi Markets and the restaurants, cafes, pubs in the main street. All round, it was a lovely adventure!

What a great place to stay, everything about it was absolutely 1st class & amazing. Louise & Marko are wonderful hosts & our breakfasts were delicious. My daughter & her husband, plus my beautiful granddaughters & their partners also stayed, so it was a real family affair. Thank you once again Louise & Mark. 😻

Louise & Marko have continued a beautiful b&b tradition at Gridley Homestead and their kindness and attention to detail is a credit to them. Sipping champagne on the deck of this historical homestead with the winter sun bathing you in warmth, while enjoying an afternoon tea slice (kindly shared by Louise & Marko), is just about as good as it gets. Super comfy king bed with the softest fluffiest pillows for you after dinner in town (only a short walk). Perfect spot to explore the Eumundi markets and local area.|

Wow, wow. We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Louise and Marko are lovely hosts.||||The room was very comfortable and decked out with high quality towels/linens. Our favourite experience was sitting on the verandah outside of our room, looking over the beautiful view and soaking in the warm winter sun while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea provided just after our arrival. ||||The Eumundi Markets are just a short walk away, which was very convenient as you can leave your car parked at the accommodation while you visit the markets.||||We would love to go back there again!
