We were a little early for our room and we had kids. We called and spoke with James who was super helpful, friendly and went out of his way for us. On arrival we were met by Max and he was just as kind, welcoming and helpful. Both were very accommodating and the service they provided was by far better than a 5 star hotel. They both assisted us up the lift with our trolley and bags and helped us to the room. Absolute gentlemen.
The rooms are pretty average and in need of an upgrade but the service made it worth while. The location is really good. Nice and close to the beach. We were a little disappointed that everything was closed on Australia Day but it is what it is. If it wasn’t for James and Max we would probably never go back there so well done fellas.

This place is really unique which I personally thought made it cool, however, it won't be everyone's cup of tea.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and there are restaurants located downstairs. Only a short walk to the beach/ bay or a decent walk or short drive will have you at one of the other local beaches.
Staff were really friendly and check in was fast.
Would recommend if you want an affordable weekend get away.

We had a wonderful mini break. The hotel was similar to an overseas resort. We were really surprised when we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and organised. Housekeeper very helpful in finding me a hairdryer when there wasn’t one in our room. Loved the quaint shops and places to eat in the resort. Would love to return at some point.

Location and rooms were fantastic. Super clean. The hotel is a remarkable, eclectic hotel that is worth just wandering around. It is a very short walk to the beach, and many excellent dining and bar options at your door step.
Great facilities in rooms. We had some issues with poor WIFI and our TV in the bedroom but we were not in the room for long periods so we didn't contact anyone to try to rectify the issues. There is renovations taking place to improve the facilities. The pool was not in use which is not stated when booking.

Great location but cockroach 🪳 everywhere! In the rooms, found new ones daily over the 4 day period we stayed in our room and also in other families rooms, in the hallways and even spotted 2 mice in the sitting area. By the amount of rubbish we found under our bed cleanliness is definitely not high on their agenda. No staff at the front desk most hours so we couldn't even ask for insect killer.

A Tuscany inspired Italian feel hidden gem, in the heart of Ettalong Beach! With conveniently located underground easy access carpark and a wonder team of kind and friendly staff lead by the amazing head manager Leigha. We will definitely be back to this character filled family hotel here at Ettalong Beach.

We will be back in our favourite suite for 2026! Room was clean smelt lovely and I loved the rooms extending out to private balconies especially the bathroom! La Fiamma wood oven pizza smell to die for each evening!

Kid friendly great private outdoor pool and cinema within the hotel!!

Located on the first floor of Galleria Ettalong beach. The place has a Mediterranean chill vibe with spacious rooms in a beautiful location - 5 minutes walk to Ettalong beach. Traditional style decor rooms with nice shared outdoor seatings. Very clean and nice staff. Even has outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi tub so family friendly.

Had a nice stay here holiday and visited family / friends. The family suite was nice and clean. The facilities on site are great we went to the cinema, Indian and Italian restaurants. Love the decor and atmosphere.
