We hosted our wedding industry event at the Establishment Ballroom and the venue space was stunning and the food was incredible! The venue team and hotel staff were super attentive, accommodating and so easy to coordinate with. The rooms were lovely too.

A great venue for work functions.

We've had a couple of our Christmas parties here and the space has been great for us.

The location on George Street right in front of the light rail stop is superb and the food and service were top notch.

Establishment Ballroom, it serves as an impeccable venue for seminars, exuding a charming ambiance. The ballroom's setting exudes sophistication, complemented by an exceptional culinary experience. However, the dimly lit restroom might need attention for better visibility. Nevertheless, the allure of street views through the windows and the splendid setting compensates for this minor flaw. Yet, the issue with elevator waiting times might dampen the overall experience, a point of consideration for smoother event logistics.

Had a lunch with my husband. Very nice vibe, food are yummy, asian mix western style. Staff are very nice too.

An elegant function facility and ballroom for corporate or private functions. I had a breakfast function here and the food was good and the staff friendly.

Like old times...the place was pumping. Good to see that it has recovered from the Ivy opening....great drinks, although a lot of core cocktails were premixed (not so sure about that), even though they tasted like the originals. The answer was that it was to reduce time to serve, but a negroni doesn't take too long and who doesn't like the spectacle of a cocktail being made.

Mmmm yea nahhh!!!!!....All forms of service go out the window the minute you enter the door. I've never been anywhere....ANYWHERE where I have been literally abandoned after giving someone my order. He went to go make cocktails for other women. To make matters worse, not even apologetic. Instead, all I got was "are you drunk?" and we had just arrived which he was very well aware.

So Merivale: we moved away from the bar, we managed to get our drink from another bartender and we left deciding we never want to go back. Such disgusting and rude behaviour. I'm in shock. I don't care who he prefers to serve but you have started an order....you can't leave midway and then gaslight the customer by asking their drunk!! End of discussion.
