Jo is absolutely amazing. In only two sessions she was able to identify why my sciatic nerve was hurting and how to release it. She is also highly knowledgeable about preventative measures to avoid further issues. Her massages also feel amazing and he prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend Jo for any type of massage therapy.

I have been seeing Jo now for about a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I travel about 30 minutes in each direction to see her and it's worth it. She is an exceptional massage therapist and will combine remedial, deep tissue and cupping to suit your needs. I have also been seeing a Chiropractor but seriously, Jo does more for me than he does. She is such a lovely lady and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She even suggests different exercises when she feels it's appropriate. Very professional and always accommodating.

I went to Essentially Body and Sole for the first time. Jo is amazing. Her fingers just get to the points which are sore. The pressure she put was optimal, without having to tell her. It was magical. She is really sweet, kind and was genuinely interested in me having a good experience. I experienced Reiki for the first time. And, I can only say it’s such a noble work to be able to heal.
