Had my lashes lifted and brows done. Loved the way they turned out, (Best lash lift I’ve ever gotten) beautiful atmosphere and lovely staff. Definitely would recommend

I have never had a full body massage where the massage therapist wears loose fitting disposable plastic gloves. Or gloves at all. I understand if these are to be worn when touching feet, but the sensation on my skin and sound of these gloves during the massage was unpleasant to say the least.

The majority of the massage was also carried out using forearms only. This was extremely disappointing and I would expect hands to massage my stressed shoulders and back.

I emailed the owner to let them know, rather than a poor review as I’ve always previously been very happy with the service I receive at Essence. I was assured a refund which 3 weeks later has not come through. I won’t be returning

The girls were so lovely and friendly, even to my dog, who they welcomed with open arms, by bringing him water and making a fuss of him. My gf and I had the most awesome relaxation massages, we both left feeling amazing and will definitely be back soon. I suggest booking in to avoid disappointment and highly recommend them to anyone looking for relaxation or remedial massage

I had a lovely experience at essense spa & beauty today. The spa package including full body massage and facial I recieved was so relaxing. I felt genuinely taken care of by Alyssa and the team which was much needed and appreciated ☺️

Amazing today I had the spa trial package with Demi she was lovely professional young lady I would highly recommend her and the treatment was wonderful a good choice be going back thanks again Demi for a very relaxing time.

I recently had an Essence Signature facial with Kirra and had a lovely experience. Kirra was friendly, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. Kirra personalized the products based on my skin type and gave great advice for home care. Highly recommend!

The girls are beautiful and the atmosphere is great. Lovely place.
I got a spray tan there and followed all the instructions they gave me. When I went to wash it off(some 2 hrs later without using soaps) I was was back to my original skin colour. Not sure what went wrong. Bit disappointed

Kira was absolutely lovely for my first facial, she made me feel so comfortable and was so kind and gentle she gives the best massages that put u to sleep she asked about all my skin concerns and just made it a lovely place to be definitely booking more facials at essence
