So friendly and welcoming. There's a nice vibe here in this almost hole in the wall cafe. It's buzzy inside with a few tables and there's a compact outdoor space with lounge, benches, stools and a table. The coffee is perfect, lots of flavour and strong (it's the house blend too). And the sourdough toasties, first class. Nice one Essence cafe

Some minor hiccups with orders but overall a great little neighbourhood coffee joint, good coffee and great fresh sandwiches.

Only thing, need to better position the counter to filter through traffic through the narrow opening, you can get stuck there whilst just picking up an order.

Long time lover of Whah Whah coffee (and the lovely team who are always so friendly!) now they have stepped up to offer a gorgeous selection of fresh sandwiches! Just what Neutral Bay and the broader Sydney community needs!

Flavours are bold, fresh and really well balanced and the servings are perfectly sized for lunch. If you’re a lover of a good sami, absolutely make the trip to Whah Whah!

Can I have some filling with my bread orrr…? Nothing big about the ‘Big Zucc’ sandwich which was a small, tasteless, unseasoned, overpriced side salad on a dry, Woolworths-sized ciabatta roll. A far cry from the photos on their social media or Google listing. Hardly worth $7.50, let alone the $15 they charged.

Had an amazing Granola Yoghurt Fruit Bowl and coffee. The staff and owners seem to have genuine authentic relationships with their customers.
