Rooms are fine but there is no soundproofing, so you hear every snore from next door.

If travelling the trail trail, be aware that though the motel is right on the trail check-in is at the caravan park a couple of blocks away.

Otherwise the location is good, close to shops.

Room was modern, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. It is a little on the expensive side for a motel, but there aren’t a lot of options in Esk. I would happily stay here again

The location was great - off the main thoroughfare, yet close enough to walk to all the shops, cafes and pubs within moments. It was quiet, opposite a large park (with a great childrens' play area). The owner Lisa could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was spotless and had a very homely feel (a nice change from the usual corporate generic of other motels) and had all the usual amenities you want, plus free wi-fi. Oh - and the price was excellent too. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic find this place is. From the first moment you meet Lisa, the host, from the time of departure, everything is wonderful. Lisa is a host who cares about her motel, her guests and their comfort. The rooms are rated four star - every star is well earned. The rooms are very clean, with all the facilities you would anticipate and think you deserve. Loved the place and would very happily recommend a stay here. Rail trail visitors are most welcome.

The owner, Lisa, is a delight - friendly, helpful and full of great ideas for this little country motel. Renovations are under way and Lisa's plans include a new outdoor area. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Even a well-stocked (and priced) mini bar. The motel is only a short walk to the town, which has everything you might need on your travels, and is quiet despite being just off the main road. No breakfast is provided though there is a communal kitchen and bbq, and plenty of options in town for breakfast or brunch. We will definitely be back!

We only had an overnight stay but Lisa was so accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and the drinks out of the mini fridge were surprisingly affordable and after a long day on the bike, the fizzy beverages went down a treat. Esk is a lovely town and the Esk Wivenhoe Motor Inn is right in the heart of it. Make the most of the Rail Trail and visit this place. Be sure to book early because Esk has limited accommodation.

I've stayed in pretty much every place in Esk while cycling but this motel is easily the best. Rooms look to have been recently renovated and they've done a top job.||Hosts are very accomodating and helpful. Being slightly off the main street means you get the convenience of being close to everything without the full blast of the traffic.||Highly recommended.

Riding the BVRT from Linville to Esk, we stayed at the Esk Wivenhose Motor Inn and it was fantastic. The owners have bike lockers which are fantastic as it keeps your bike safe and out of the room, so you have more room to move around. The rooms are very clean and tidy, nice showers/toilets, well stocked mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. This motel is well located only a minutes walk from the main street and on the BVRT route. The owner is friendly and helpful and the accommodation was just what you need after a day's ride.
