Where do we begin? The team at Enzo Weddings Hunter Valley are phenomenal. Words cannot express how impressed and grateful we are to have been married at such an incredible venue.

We were sold straight away with the fun loving nature of Mel and Amii. Both were extremely attentive at our first meeting, and we fell in love with their sense of humour, their knowledge and expertise, and the passion and care they had for weddings. It was evident to Brett and I that there was a clear sense of family. This sense of family was echoed when we visited the team at Cafe Enzo, where we were instantly welcomed with open arms, laughs and superstar service. We knew from this first meeting that we were going to host our special day at Enzo Weddings in the Hunter.

During preparations, we were gobsmacked with how amazing Amii is. No matter how much you bombard her with questions and changes and updates to your vision, she took it all in her stride and did her best to cater to your ideas. On the day, Amii and Mel were so enthusiastic, comforting and passionate. They made all our guests feel so welcome and pumped up! Everything went off without a hitch due to their dedication to coordination with all the vendors.

The staff were so attentive - they made my husband and I feel so incredibly special. Thanks to Libby in particular who looked after us so diligently. The team keep the drinks flowing and we never felt like we had to ask for anything - it just appeared! The food was absolutely to die for, and we had many guests say it was the best food and drink they had ever experienced at a wedding.

The venue is such a stunning place to be married and enjoy the festivities with your loved ones, even in winter! Our wedding day was a bit crisp, but the beautiful fire place kept us all very cosy.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much to Amii, Mel, and all the staff at Enzo's. You made our wedding day one we will never forget, and we will cherish those memories forever. We look back, a month later, and still feel like nothing was missing or could have been better - it was perfect.

Everyone at Enzo is amazing and really what makes the venue shine. From the very first meeting Mel & Amii will make you feel like family! The personal touches, the fact they are all there along the way and on the day just makes such a difference. Picking us up and dropping us off to the venue, nothing was too much. The fact they acknowledged the groom and made him feel just as special (the 6 venues we went to prior to Enzo spoke directly to me and didn’t acknowledge or make eye contact with my future hubby at all apart from saying hello).

I had so many compliments on the day that dispute the rain (which sucked!, but honestly didn’t make a difference the team quickly adapted and put me at ease) it was the best wedding people had been to. Several people commented on the venue, the staff, the food (amazing) service and overall feel of the day which was so good to hear.

We are so happy that we picked Enzo for our special day it was stunning and it really did bring our modern fairytale to life! Love the guys and a big thanks so much for everything! Also a big thanks for the preferred vendor lists, they really are the dream team!

I actually feel a bit of a gap not talking to the team about wedding stuff anymore lol. I hope to come to another wedding here again in the future. Massive thanks ❤️?‍♂️?‍♀️?

The venue is gorgeous but the staff really take it the next level, no ask is too hard, if they can make it work, they will. Special shout out to Lily for being so amazingly helpful. She is a mind reader and knew what was needed before we even asked. I hope your bosses know how good you are.

Since the beginning, Mel & Amii provide outstanding service and guidance throughout our wedding preparation process. I cannot fault them at all.We chose Enzo because of its stunning venue which needed little decorations as it was beautiful itself.

We knew we would have 0 stress (& we did!) with Mel & Amii guiding us along the way. They know how to provide the best wedding service and venue! Food was absolutely yummy with also their complimentary tastings + delicious wines.

The venue was the spot for us as we didn't have to worry about rainy weather and there was a bar for guests to purchase alternative drinks - both non-negotiable for us.

Our guests said that our wedding was very well-planned and food was delicious - especially the ravioli & sticky date pudding!

We had our wedding at Enzo last year and had the most magical day! The chapel and reception venue are beautiful, warm and fit for purpose but best of all is the staff!! particularly Mel and Amii who were absolute superstars during the planning and on the day. They made sure everything went smoothly but also that we were relaxed and having fun at every moment! We didn't have a thing to worry about. As a photographer, there are many reasons as to why I always love returning to work at Enzo's Weddings. Not only is the venue nestled comfortably amongst the beautiful vines of the Hunter Valley but it also has it's very own chapel. As you will see from the photos I have included it's not just any old chapel, it has a large floor to ceiling panoramic glass window which brings the outside in!
On top of this, there are plenty of photo opportunities on site or a short drive down the road, you will be spoilt for choice here. But that's not all.. then there's Mel, Amii and the rest of the team! I have been fortunate each time i've worked at Enzo's to have worked alongside Mel, who always brings her positive energy to every single wedding. You are in good hands with the team at Enzo's Weddings. If you are considering this lovely venue, I would highly recommend it!

I have photographed weddings at Enzo Weddings more times than I can remember. It is one of my very favourite wedding venues in the Hunter Valley because of the beautiful location, the facilities and most importantly because of the wonderful team that work there.

Wedding ceremonies will generally take place in the fully air-conditioned chapel, which has huge windows that overlook the vines. So you will have a vineyard wedding, but in the comfort of a climate controlled chapel.

The wedding reception also overlooks vines and has huge high ceilings with chandeliers. It is elegant and beautiful. The team at Enzo are lead by Mel and Aimee and I see them at every wedding, working so so hard to look after their couples and their guests. So if you are looking for one the best wedding venues in the Hunter Valley, you have to check out Enzo Weddings. I highly recommend them.
