My friend kindly gifted me a Spa Relax Massage and accompanied me to the Spa for a morning appointment. It was absolutely lovely and relaxing. I also really appreciated the small details like, the aromatherapy scent before/after my massage plus the tea/water, the hot stones and being swaddled in lovely big thick towels! I was quite disappointed with my experience at Endota Spa Surfers Paradise. It was very evident that it runs as a production line with a notion of "in and out" service.

I encouraged the group of girls I was with to book a detox spa for 60 minutes for $165 and I felt terrible as it was very rushed and unpleasant. The massage therapists are not actual therapists but more like backpackers who need quick and easy money. They just lightly rub oil all over you and the hour is over.

It is also evident that the management team is not too concerned with how satisfied you are with your experience as they know you are a "one-off" customer on holidays.

Although all the staff were very kind and friendly, I would not recommend Endota Spa for a proper massage experience, I would rather attend a Thai massage place for a more beneficial outcome and a much lower price!

I had a wonderful experience with the Rejuvenate Spa Package at Endota Surfers. The products are incredible, and the therapists are so professional and caring. My experience was terrible, because there was a MAJOR focus to upsell products and treatments that cut into the appointment time I paid for an organic facial and organic massage, plus a machine that was described to me as "interesting" also chipped away at my time for the actual services, and so the therapist (?) even tried to upsell me an add on treatment as I lay on the bed when she returned to the room, plus I wasn't positioned correctly in the middle of the bed by the therapist (?) resulting in my right arm sliding off the edge of the bed for the entity of my less than 90 minute massage that I'd paid for. I don't blame the therapist (?) though as the service model and quality of treatments is directed by management.
