My massage with Sheree was nothing short of incredible. She listened attentively to my requests and delivered exactly what I needed in a perfectly tailored one-hour massage. Additionally, Sarah, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was seamless. She worked diligently to accommodate my scheduling needs and took the time to thoughtfully guide me in selecting skincare products that were perfectly suited to my skin type. Her genuine care and knowledge made me feel truly valued as a client.

I love going to Endota Spa for a massage - the ambience & staff are so calming. I had my eyelashes & eyebrows tinted by Sarah who was so gentle & lovely. It’s nice & relaxing lying down to have it done rather than sitting up in a chair. You start to relax as soon as you walk into Endota from the beautiful lighting & smells of oils burning.

My Remedial Massage was so relaxing & just how I like it done by Liz. She was so lovely & a great Massuese. I hope to go again soon.

Self care is not a priority for me. I work 6 days a week and have little time to spend half a day having a spa experience. It was gifted, not a conscious choice of my undertaking. On arrival, ambience was on point and front of house staff were lovely. I scheduled an organic massage and facial. A pre requisite on the pre admission form was your preference of pressure for massage. I chose medium. The massage started and it was extremely light- too light, more like effleurage, I asked if she could apply a fimer pressure to which she said okay, and proceeded with effleurage pressure ignoring my request. Resulting in no muscle tension release. Her technique was flawless, she was very experienced, which was a shame and albeit underwhelming
She then proceeded with the facial and once completed, I was ushered into the bathroom to finish getting my things together and putting shoes on etc. At that time, I heard her speaking to another therapist stating that there was makeup and residual tan staining all over the towels. Grossly unprofessional in my opinion. Suffice to say I wouldn’t return. Adjusting the pressure could have made it a beneficial and relaxing experience, and then to make comments of residual tan from a therapist who would presumably recommend sunless tanning vs sun damage in front of a client to another colleague is totally inappropriate in my opinion.

First time I’d been to this spa at The Sunshine Plaza. I chose Endota because I’ve attended my local spa many times and trust the brand. I had the customised facial and express pedicure. Absolute bliss. I almost feel asleep during my pedicure. Great service from professionals in the business.

The smell of spa as you walk past Endota is just amazing. Andrianna is particularly outstanding with her service and recommendation. She has a genuine care for customers and make them feel relaxed in the session. Check in and out processes are seamless. Service is impeccable!
