Every interaction with Endota Spa Rozelle was pleasant and effortless. The salon is calm and peaceful and stocked with delicious teas. But the main event - and Organic Massage - with Eden was divine. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making it a memorable visit.

I had the most wonderful facial here today. I had the 50 minute organic facial and it was absolutely heavenly. The team took photos of my skin before I went into the treatment to show me which areas needed care and attention. The lovely therapist then explained the products she would be using to address my areas of concern. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and friendly. I left feeling nurtured and relaxed and will be looking forward to having many more treatments here.

I've been to the Rozelle Endota a few times now. There has definitely been some improvements i.e. minimising noise, footsteps and loud chatting when clients are in spa.

My only feedback now is about the Remedial massage: why offer it when you ask in the client card what your Private Health Fund is. AND after the massage you can't even claim it because the therapist doesn't have a provider number? I'll be forwarding this feedback to Endota's support office and will be the last time I get a remedial at Endota. There are other local Remedial places that charge around the same or less, and you can claim it on private health insurance. I've no issues with the staff at Rozelle, receptionist was lovely and my massage was great (although the therapist seemed rush and I didn't get the calm energy other Endota therapists have), but I probably could've got the "same massage" by choosing another service/product on site. And for much less.

The worst service ever! and customer care only cares about the money. It was an expensive treatment for a very poor service. This company is just about the money. Do not recommend, stay away. I paid $290, waisted for nothing. It took nearly 20 minutes to fill out the application at the start, treatment started late. Therapist didn’t follow what was requested in the client survey, room was cold, noise outside. Made a complaint but it’s all about the money and not the client. Super disappointed, do not recommend this service to anyone. Staff need training, such a bad experience!

Amazing Experience!
I had a facial with Siena and a relaxation massage with Carla, and both experiences were fantastic! Siena and Carla were very attentive and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatments. They did an amazing job, and I’m really happy with the results. I highly recommend Endota and will definitely be coming back!

Laura Castro, my therapist, did a fantastic job: professional consultation at the beginning, tackling all the problematic areas during the treatment, great techniques, perfect massage pressure, and tailored feedback with proposed products to use. She loves & knows what she’s doing and she does it really well 👍🏼👌🏼 THANK YOU 😊

After the treatment, they sent me a report via email detailing my skin hydration levels and everything we discussed.

I’m definitely coming back and I think I’ll become a regular 😍😊

Big, clean, inviting clinic in a great location. Therapist was excellent, very relaxing treatment (massage and facial). Quality products. Is a little on the more expensive side. There is a nice balcony with outdoor seating but unfortunately it was closed off which was a shame as the weather was beautiful today and would have been a great extra touch.
