Having never used Endota Spa before, I was excited to use a Birthday voucher I received for a rejuvenate package.
From the moment I walked in the Spa was ambient and lovely. The lady on reception was also very helpful on explaining my package and directing me to my treatment room.
My therapist Mia was wonderful and attentive throughout my treatment she explained everything perfectly and I walked out feeling like a million dollars. She embodies exactly is what Endota aims to achieve with their treatments. I highly recommend everything I had this day! I will be back.

This is a photo of the mini pedi I got as part of a 90min package which cost $215, with the photo taken an hour after receiving the service.
I let the salon know via the feedback form I was disappointed, left my email and appointment details expecting some sort of follow up.
It’s been two weeks. I still haven’t heard anything.
Endota used to be the front runner for spa services but after this, I’d have been better spending my money elsewhere.

Was not what I expected.

When receiving massage employee didn’t use enough pressure even when asked and missed shoulders and neck.Worst of all, the facial did not give me the results that I had hoped for.
I felt really disappointed and taken advantage of. I had spent so much money and felt like I was not getting my money's worth.
The spa had promised a luxurious experience with top notch customer service and quality treatment, but instead I was met with a poor service and an uncomfortable environment.
The free eye patch being charged for was the last straw and it was clear to me that I had been misled and had paid way too much for a low-quality service.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the spa and would not recommend it to anyone.

I got the 30min relaxation massage as a birthday gift. Was great, almost fell asleep. Really nice staff. I would definitely recommend going back!

I love Endota as a brand and experience but the Endota in Newcastle City is really rundown and also unclean. I got a facial and massage and was so disappointed, the staff member seemed incredibly junior and inexperienced. Would not recommend and hope the spa turns things around.

Have had 3 wonderful pregnancy massages with Jamie, unfortunately she was unwell today and Kaitlyn stepped in. Kaitlyns massage was nowhere near comparable. She didnt put the eyemask on, no music, missed enite body parts such as my arms and feet and just rubbed back and forth, no techniques anywhere near what i have received in my 3 previous massages. When i got up halfway through and went to the desk to conplain the receptionist was not apologetic, simply said all staff are trained the same and offered to re book. An apology would havd gone a long way. If your staff cant provide the same level of experience then they need more training.

I had the most amazing relaxation/remedial massage by Marian at the Newcastle Endota Day Spa. All the girls made me feel so welcome and the experience was 10/10. Can't recommend these guys enough. Definitely go check them out or buy your loved one a spa experience to spoil them 🙂 Thank you girls. Can't wait for my next appointment this week!

Had my first ever spa pedicure and it was wonderful. My therapist, Samantha, was professional and caring and made the whole experience calming and relaxing. I was bit nervous at first but Samantha made me feel at ease within minutes. Amazing staff and treatment.
