I’d like to share positive feedback about my recent visit to Endota Spa Macquarie Centre. My beauty therapist is exceptional. From the moment I arrive I am made feel welcome and completely at ease. Ashley is professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Her technique is gentle yet effective and she clearly had an understanding of skincare and customer care. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and very well looked after.

This was my second visit to Endota Spa Macquarie. My husband kindly bought it for me as another Christmas present. The treatment was meant to last for 75 minutes but I felt like the therapist ended it a little abruptly as she wanted to focus on providing me skincare solutions at the end. I felt this was unfair as your treatments are quite expensive; and to steal some precious minutes from your clients in order to convince us to purchase some extra products is totally unnecessary. The therapist also made a couple of comments which seemed a little judgemental and unprofessional as to why I have not come to the spa for a while. I have done many facials and massages in other places and the therapists always managed to have a quick chat with me prior to the treatment to ensure my skin will not have any horrible reactions. This was not case when I went to Endota recently and the therapist mentioned “why didn’t you tell me earlier? You should have informed the receptionist when you booked”. You should not blame the client especially this was my first experience doing the Surrender Package.

My overall feedback is: my experience could have been much more relaxing and enjoyable if Endota management would train the therapist appropriately to ensure every experience for all clients (regular and non-regulars) would be a memorable one. As a customer, we are not interested to be lectured about skincare solutions. If we needed an advice, we would seek one on our own accord at the end of the treatment. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money especially during cost of living crisis and I will not be back unless there is some major improvement in your treatment delivery in the future.

Jasmin on reception made me feel so welcome and Cora gave me the most beautiful treatment, I felt so relaxed afterwards. This store is beautiful, clean, hygienic and the music is very relaxing. Located on the top floor of the Macquarie Centre. 5 stars for sure.

Organic massage was very average. The leg massage just felt like rubbing oil on my legs and the only time it felt there was some skill used was on my shoulders/upper back. The towels used to clean off the oil off my arms and leg started off as nice and warm but seems that they were reusing the same towel so it got cold pretty quickly. The eye slip kept coming off as well. The experience didn't feel luxurious at all.

The most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! The staff were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, and answered all questions with ease. I immediately booked myself in for a custom facial after my massage for another time.
