I had an amazing treatment with Kirra and walked out blissfully relaxed! I had a coffee coconut body scrub followed by a 30 min facial which left me smooth and glowing. Thanks to the lovely team, can’t wait to come back

Lovely girls working at the front desk! Also, our therapists were excellent. I booked the Immerse package and had the lovely Emily, who gave an excellent massage alongside the other relaxing treatments. Would come here again!

The 75-minute massage is not actually 75 minutes long. Both times I've been there, they started late and finished early, so we didn't get the full 75 minutes.
The first time was meant to be a 75mins. However, the massage itself lasted around 65 minutes.
The second time, I went with my partner, who was supposed to have a 75mins massage, and it was about ~65mins long.
My treatment at this second time was 60 mins, which probably was that long (I didn't track the time as I waited on the massage table while he they were finishing his treatment).
Still, the massage was good, as was the environment.

This is a reply from the manager/owner’s response below:

Dear Manager/Owner,

I can see from the history of responses to negative reviews that you believe the need to be condescending is a form of customer service recovery you believe in:

Some of your terms:

1. As a mother yourself (this is irrelevant of who I am as a customer)
2. Whilstever we employ humans to provide human care? What kind of statement is this? You’re a business that delivers experiences and on this occasion, through no fault of my own (remember, it’s your business and your employees) I have been put out of pocket and the only experience has been me paying to cancel my childcare because you gave me little time to react and not suitable alternatives.
3. But unfortunately in life things don’t always go to plan…… this is your best customer service recovery line? Really? You should have just kept the apology simple.. you have no insight in to my life nor the challenges that I face or that any of your customers face day in and day out.
4. So to be clear on a public channel, your saying that a medical emergency is just cause for any cancelation of any appointment regardless of notice period for either business or customer and the business will simply waive the cancelation fee, I truly hope you honour that and you are consistent, there are many people that appear to have been charged fees for circumstances that they may not have been comfortable to share but would also classify as an emergency.

In summary, I truly feel for the therapist that had to leave and I hope that her child is in a better condition however as a business owner, you have dismissed my concerns on a public channel as simply part of life and life doesn’t always go the way we want it to……. You really do need to be coached in service recovery techniques and the right approach to broadcasting the right brand image because you might be in the wellness experience space but that is far from well written or well executed.

Will not return.

Booked for a rejuvinate package (2hrs) massage that was organized well in advance, confirmed on Thursday and I got a call 50 mins before the appointment saying they cancelled it due to the therapist having to leave early for a family emergency.
Whilst I am empathetic to the individual therapists situation, I booked well in advance and had my 2 hour treatment confirmed on Thursday, allowing me the confidence to book a carer for my two children whilst I had some me time, something I rarely get. Which costs me today as I can’t cancel her anymore.
The staff doesn’t sound apologetic at all and all they say is sorry but can’t fit me, I told them that in this kind of situation they should have a back up therapist. I’ve requested to be put in contact with the manager however I missed a call from the head therapist instead.

I can only suggest that you follow your cancellation policy that has a 50% fee applicable if you cancel within a 24hr window of the treatment and apply to me a credit of $175 (voucher that I can use to any other Endota location) that I can use towards another treatment in light of the burden and costs associated with me needing to rearrange my afternoon.
This would be the fairest solution and would be based on your own business terms and conditions.

I recently had the 'Rejuvenate' Package at Endota Spa Gymea and it was hands down the best treatment I have ever had. Kiki, my therapist, was just wonderful. She was attentive and so friendly and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She delivered such a beautiful treatment, and I will absolutely be going back and requesting her again!

Definite five star rating for my visit to endota Gymea this morning. From the warm welcome I received from the beautiful reception team, I think their names were Caroline and Amelia, to the moment my Surrender treatment ended and I floated out. The best thing about my Surrender was, ALL OF IT, my least favourite thing was that it had to end... Thank you Rikki, that was amazing, I left feeling like a new person and I can't wait to return to endota Gymea. I might even come back next week it was that good!
