Nao was my therapist and she was incredible. She listened to my requests and could tell what I needed to relax during my massage. She was lovely and polite and I would come back just to see her again. Thank you!

This was an amazing experience being pampered again. As a mother of 5 month old, my back and forearms needed some TLC. I had the amazing Sumana. She was so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend her. I've had her for my pregnancy massage earlier in the year. She is a Godsend. Helping relieve all my pregnancy pains and now my postpartum pains.

Also, a shout out to front desk receptionists. ☺️ I will be back soon.

Although the service was good and I was about to buy 4 products I got shocked whilst it came to payment. I had a $250 gift card and I was their frequent customer. When I called for booking I made a reservation for 120 mins rejuvenate that was priced on the brochure which was in my hand at $295. So I booked on the phone and mentioned to the receptionist that I will pay the rest of 295 post treatment. I went there only a few days after and when I was about to pay they told me that the price is $365 with additional $15 for a mask which I had used. They did not accept their own brochure which was in my hand. Their current brochure had no price on it and they were referring to what was on the website which said $365 including a mask but I was charged $15 extra for the only mask they used on my face! Although it was a relaxation and rejuvenate treatment and I had to pay $380 they asked vs. the $295 on the brochure, I left the spa anxious, annoyed and very unhappy. I was so disappointed, that I even left without using the sauna, showers, lockers etc. so can’t verify their quality. Also all you get as a refreshment for $380 was two tiny cups of lukewarm tea before and after the treatment and some water. This place has definitely lost its charm. Never going back.

I visited Endota Spa at the Four Seasons for a special pregnancy massage I had booked for my friend yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and far from what I expected.

When booking over the phone, I specifically confirmed that we could use the pool facilities, as we had done during previous visits. Upon arrival, we sat on an empty chair near the pool, chatting quietly about her upcoming baby, only to be told—quite rudely—that we couldn’t use the pool or even sit nearby. This was the primary reason we chose this spa, and I explained that I had confirmed this arrangement during the booking.

The receptionist was dismissive and suggested we use the steam room, which is obviously unsuitable for someone almost nine months pregnant. When I asked for further clarification, she said she would check, but instead of a resolution, she returned with security to escort us from the chair. This unnecessary and humiliating action completely ruined what was meant to be a special day.

After waiting for an hour, we proceeded with our treatments, only to be met with more indifference. The same people who treated us so poorly earlier was now one of the therapists. There was no warmth or effort to apologise, just repeated reminders of the bill total.

This was not the kind, caring, or luxurious experience I had hoped for. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. I won’t be returning and wouldn't recommed this as a gift to others.

I have made an appointment for a remedial massage at Four Seasons Endota Spa for the 8th of November at 5pm. Unfortunately, I had come down with a flu overnight. I tried to reschedule as early as I could on the morning of 8th of November (left a message at 8.30am). The receptionist Kate mentioned that in spite of my illness, I'll still be charged 50% of the fees. I asked her whether it is okay to apply pressure during massage on someone sick with flu as well as exposing the masseur to the illness. Apparently, all of this is okay. This is completely despicable treatment of customers and their own staff.

I asked whether I could speak to the manager. Initially, Kate said that the manager is with someone and would call me right after. After 45 mins, I called back and now she mentioned that no manager is available and I will not be able to speak to anyone. I will let the reader make a judgment on the veracity of the latter claim especially after the initial message from Kate. I asked her not to cancel the appointment yet as I want to explore all channels before deciding whether to drag my sick self to make an hour and a half commute to the centre in the evening. Shortly after this call, Endota Spa cancelled my appointment without my consent and charged 50% of the fees. This further demonstrates the anti-consumer nature of the treatment. I'll be raising a complaint with ACCC right away.

I’ve been here a few times, but my most recent visit (two weeks ago) wasn’t great. The treatment and therapist were great (I had a body scrub, massage, facial and foot soak), but the service was very average (at best) and definitely not to Endota or Four Seasons standard.

When I arrived, the receptionist showed me to the bathroom, and just said “there’s lockers and bathrobes if you want to use them” and then walked out. I was left to my own devices. I had to follow her back out to reception and ask to be shown how to use the lockers. I also thought it was really bizarre that given I was booked in for two hours of treatments, it wasn’t suggested to me that I put on a robe and slippers, nor was I provided with anything else that I’d need for my treatments.

I decided to put on a robe, and came back out to reception. I was then given paperwork to complete. I asked if I could complete it in reception, and was told I needed to complete it in the treatment room whilst my treatment had commenced. So instead of enjoying my foot spa, I was filling out paperwork on an iPad. I arrived 10 minutes early, so I’m not sure why I was being rushed.

My therapist had to leave the treatment room to obtain disposable underwear and a hairnet because the treatment room wasn’t stocked. Given that clients need these things when they’re having a body scrub, or other treatments, I thought this was really bizarre.

After my treatment, I waited in reception for my water, which never arrived. When I went to pay, the receptionist asked me what my name was and what treatment I’d had. I’m usually not precious about these types of things, but frankly, if you’re going to charge Four Seasons prices, you really ought to be providing a Four Seasons standard of customer service. This experience didn’t hit the mark.

The Beauty Room at Mosman has spa customer service down to a fine art. I think I’ll stick with them for my treatments.
