Lovely sanctuary with privacy and easy parking options nearby. I prefer this one to one closer to home that is within a shopping centre. The doorway to the Crows Nest branch is unremarkable and there are a short set of stairs before turning around the corner to see the reception and calming, clean and peaceful space that smells amazing. Online booking system updated so it’s easy to make appointments directly, but they are also helpful on the phone.

They are gentle with giving worthwhile product recommendations - you can have a think about it first, or take the chance when they are having a sale. So far my experience with recommended products has been that they are excellent and effective. Would recommend remedial massages here too - Naoko and Mai both fantastic!

I drop into Crows Nest Endota from time to time.
I have no regular therapist that I see, but it's always SO DAMN good. The therapists are attentive and if I don't feel like talking they always mirror back what I ask for.
Absolutely worth the money & I will be returning again.

I had the surrender package today and it’s worth every penny. So relaxing and rejuvenating. If you have ever been put off from getting massages because they are too hard then I would recommend coming here. The beauty therapist will apply only the pressure you request. Skin is glowing and you can also purchase any products you liked during the treatment.

I was fortunate to receive multiple Endota gift vouchers in the last 12 months.
Today I experienced the most wonderful massage and facial.
It was called ‘Surrender Package’ and Rachael was my therapist.
It is many years since I’ve felt so relaxed ☺️

I had a facial in this salon recently. It was an extremely average experience. For $290 I would have expected more. I had facial that were less pricey and the experience was significantly better. The therapist was friendly but far from a specialist. I got advice to eat more fruit and drink more water for better hydration of my skin. No real revelation. I will not be rebooking facial in Endota (crows nest or other place). Very forgettable extremely average.

Yea, never again…
Paid for 90mins but it was definitely less than that. Never had a facial that had all those cleanser in my mouth. It’s the most “relaxing” massage I’ve ever had, relaxing for the masseuse, not me.
After the treatment, I was going to go to the bathroom first then drink the tea they gave me. But after I came out from the bathroom, they just shut the door of that waiting room and asked me to go out.
Basically it wasn’t a good experience. So will never go back again. Didn’t expect it will be like this….

Anastasia was truly excellent. She customised my facial for my skin conditions and made sure it was a relaxing experience, as I was pretty stressed going in! She clearly likes her job, is very good at it and is very warm and easy to chat to. I left feeling refreshed!

As a male, I did not feel awkward or strange at Endota. It’s a welcoming place. Will definitely go again. If you're a bloke, don't hesitate. 👊

Avoid this franchise. Its a hard sell. They bring an ipad in the room after treatment before you even leave the room, to get you to book in 2 weeks. Astounding. The massage was so below standard and not relaxing at all. None of my needs were met. Very defensive establishement when you try to offer feedback. This franchise has had a serious decline. Avoid this spa. Better value elsewhere and you are not paying high cost. Have had better massages in the other massage establishements in the area. READ the low reviews - recent ones before booking.
