I had a lovely organic facial this morning and my therapist (sorry didn't catch her name) was amazing. I fell asleep! She also did a great job with my wayward eyebrows too! The only thing I would pick up on was:

1. Waiting room lighting could be more dim to set the mood. It felt like a doctor's waiting area.

2. No headband was used (has that practice been scrapped now?)

3. The draping could be enhanced with lovely linen sheeting and a thin blanket to give a luxe feel with small cost - would be less laundering as well.

Overall however, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back.

Haven’t been able to treat myself to a facial for ages. I told that to the staff. I left relaxed from lying down for my facial but felt the facial itself was very basic for the cost and time of treatment. Too much time spent on a head massage and foot massage. I just wanted my face cared for more thoroughly. Too much emphasis on pushing product at the end. Took away from my relaxation.

Marketed as a luxury spa experience, but falling very short.. Definitely not worth the price! This is the second time I have been to Endota Coolangatta and I only came back on the 2nd occasion as I was gifted a voucher. While the therapist was very knowledgeable in skincare products, the treatment (on both occasions) was substandard.
On arrival 10-15 minutes was spent completing a skin consult which cut into my massage time. I paid for a 60minute massage and received around 30-40mins at the most with minimal pressure. I basically paid $155 for the therapist to apply oil to my body. The facial also was also applied with minimal pressure and technique. The foot and scalp massages included with the facial involved the therapist going over the same manoeuvres in one spot for 10mins at a time. Again at the end of the treatment another 10mins was spent trying to sell the product. I brought my concerns to the spa manager after the treatment and was offered 20% off my next treatment which I declined as I will not be wasting another dollar here.
Endota used to be quality assured but unfortunately I haven’t found this is the case at the Coolangatta spa. Extremely overpriced and many other local spas which provide an amazing experience at a much better rate. Save your self the disappointment!!

I had 3 treatments, facial, foot and eye trio. All up around $325. The pampering was so minimal - I could have gotten what I got and did it at home, with no disappointment due to unrealistic expectations. Plenty of other beauty places which offer better value. (This review has nothing to do with the therapist more the endota menu and inclusions)

What a great experience, fantastic ammenities and staff. There are many options to choose from including couple packages which is what I had booked for myself and my partner.

We had booked in for surrender which left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. My girlfriend’s skin was left looking amazing, this was my first time getting a facial and it was spectacular I was pleasantly surprised. The massage aspect of the treatment was also fantastic.

The treatment was worth every dollar and more! it’s not hard to tell that the team here love what they do and put their all into every aspect of the treatment.

10/10 absolutely amazing experience. I had received the rejuvenate spa treatment the therapist was wonderful I have never felt so relaxed, amenities are also beautiful such a fantastic calming environment.

This treatment left me feeling like a brand new woman, I found the team extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. If you’re looking to relax and see noticeable improvements this is the place to book!

I had an amazing facial today, it is just what I needed after a long holiday in the sun and salt water, my skin was dehydrated. This facial definitely did the trick and exfoliated, revitalized and brought my skin back to glowing. Thank you
