My visit to Endota Spa Chermside, was booked weeks ahead. I arrived 15 minutes early as I was supposed to have skin analysis done to determine which treatment would be appropriate for my facial. I spent full 45 minutes waiting to actually be greeted with the allocated beautician. She wasn’t bad but her massaging my upper shoulders and neck was rather rough. I am very disappointed with the girl who was manning the reception as she didn’t communicate with me that I would be waiting that long. I am pretty sure that I have had rather glorified overpriced facial which cost me $300. I am not going to use this place or recommend it to my family or friends.

Overall a pretty disappointing experience. I was gifted a 50 minute organic facial and although the therapist was quite friendly in her bedside manner, the overall facial itself was pretty average. It felt quite rushed and the massage was extremely basic. It wasn’t very relaxing as it all seemed quite disconnected with a couple quick applications of creams which felt like that of which I do to my own skin quickly before bed. A head and foot massage is part of this package although you could not really classify this as that- a couple minutes at most. On top of this, the therapist left the room on two occasions and the last 10 minutes was spent trying to explain various products I 'needed' to use for my 29 year old 'wrinkles'. I was actually surprised when it finished as I could not believe that was it for the amount of money you pay/ how much the gift card was worth.

With a 3 month old at home and not much sleep, this was a need! I had the soothing stones treatment with Michaela and she was fantastic! Spending extra time on the areas I needed the most. There was a hiccup when a notification went off during the session and she was very apologetic, but I had no issue with it whatsoever and we had a good laugh about it. Definitely coming back for another session!

My mom and I received a gift card for xmas which we are very excited about.

I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve called Endota Chermside to redeem our gifts and left voice messages each time and no one bothers to pick up the phone or return the calls…. Its insane. I’ve called in morning, midday and evenings… still no one picks up or returns the calls…

No customer service before we even book the massage..

I had by far the best massage I’ve ever had, from the care in the questions she asked me beforehand, to the quality of the massage itself. I've been on the lookout for a beauty therapist who meets my high standards. Fina (I hope I’m spelling her name right) gave me a great facial. It was a truly relaxing experience expertly done. I in the mirror my skin looked brighter and felt much smoother after treatment. I’m not sure how she achieved that, but my skin feels fantastic!

All the staff deserve the 5 stars. The customer service I received from the first time I spoke to them on the phone to when I finished my massage was 5 star treatment. The real MVP was Valisha (I’m sorry if I misspelt it)! My partner treated me to an Organic Relax Massage & I left there feeling like the biggest weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Unfortunately, we are only up here for a holiday but I will be booking in with Valisha everytime i come up this way. Her hands were magic!

I was given a voucher to use at the spa. I chose the pedicure that goes for 60mins. Overall it was good and the staff member I had was really nice and always asking if I was comfortable. This treatment included a foot and head massage. The foot massage was ok and it got better when the pressure was increased, but the head massage was a little disappointing. I would have liked the massages to go a bit longer and more movement to different areas and not just stay in the same spot. I'm glad I only had to pay $30 as the rest was covered by the gift voucher. It was overpriced for what it was, so I wont be rushing back, well not for that particular treatment anyway.
