She quickly has you at ease & explains the process. Sarah’s massage & facial skills & abilities are second to none. I even fell asleep, which I never ever do. I have had such perfect experiences here each time I have come so far - in fact they get better each time! Massages are always tricky for me as I have some body pains that are often worsened by massages, but here I have not had any concern with that. Every treatment has been handled with the utmost care and attention to detail, in a soothing and warm environment, with the loveliest staff who seem to have the perfect massage techniques and pressure for me. The soothing stones with Emi was one of my favourite all-time massage experiences - I will need to become a regular, as my body and mind were both free of tension and so blissful afterwards. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came for a massage a few weeks back. The massage itself was excellent but the lady at reception was extremely rude. She accused me of lying about having requested a couples room on booking, gave sassy responses and was overall extremely unprofessional. I had a voucher to redeem and had some money left on it. She said there was nothing in the store for that value, however we found several items when we had a look. Her poor service really ruined our experience. I spent most of my massage super angry.

I have been a regular client of Endota Spa Castle Hill since it opened, and love how it regularly changes and I am encouraged to try new products or facials.

I have been seeing Karen for the last 12mths, and she has been amazing, from her sense of humour as she greats you, to the knowledge and experience shown in appointments and least not forget the amazing massage - face / hair / hands she gives during the treatment. As a mum of two busy boys, I look forward to this relaxing time.
What I enjoy is they read my profile, and know that I like a quiet facial and do not attempt to make small talk and whilst they recommend products I never feel pressure to purchase them its if I need them.

I was gifted a voucher for the organic relax massage and I absolutely loved it !!! Keziah was my therapist and she was fabulous. Well spoken, welcoming, explained and listened, was attentive, great to talk to and did the BEST massage. It was very relaxing with the music, smells and ambience in the room. It was all perfect !!

I was hesitant about writing this review but I think it is important feedback. I was gifted a voucher and booked myself in for the immerse spa package. The morning of my treatment I woke up with severe cold and flu symptoms (headache, blocked sinuses, sore throat). I called the spa as it opened and inquired about whether I could reschedule my appointment. The lady [Melanie(?)] I spoke to was extremely rude from the get-go and showed no compassion for my circumstance. She insisted that I will need to cancel if I am sick and the cancellation fee would be $250!! I totally get why a cancellation policy is in place (whilst being a bit unreasonable) but the poor customer service in particular is why I won’t be asking for another voucher. I ended up going to the appointment because I couldn’t afford to forfeit $250 and therapist Joanna was incredible. She actively made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment because she knew I was sick.

WOWWWWW I seen Kenziah at your Castle Towers branch and I think I floated out of that spa treatment. Best massage, best facial I’ve ever had. Fell asleep and set me up for a perfect relaxing, stress free weekend. Thank you Kenziah

I was in two minds about writing this review however my latest booking experience was abysmal.

While the treatment itself was wonderful, the admin and customer service has sadly been lacklustre.

My original appointment, booked two months prior, was cancelled two days out (things happen, I get that) and I was provided with lunch time reschedule options on a new date despite requesting that the morning would be a preference. After hanging up, I felt frustrated that I wasn’t being heard and decided to call back and simply cancel my booking. Miraculously upon call back there was an early morning booking on Thursday. “Great,” I thought, “a minor hiccup but this is good news!”

Little did I know however, that the therapist I’d just been rescheduled with was new and didn’t have her necessary private health provider details lodged as yet.

What bugs me here is that not once was this communicated with me until I asked for the appropriate invoice to claim my $225 treatment. A budget blowout that could’ve been averted had staff correctly communicated this at the time of rebooking.

So a note to anyone booking at endota Castle Towers and hoping to claim via a private health provider: check before your treatment even if you always have the same massage at the same spa, or if your booking is rescheduled with a new therapist.
