The experience was amazing. The minute you step into the waiting area, the customized massage I had with my Therapist, Nina, to the sensational massage that melts away your stress! I also thought the store manager was very welcoming at the beginning, when checking in for my treatment. It's a treat for all your senses.

Had the most amazing Rest & Restore massage with Brigette at Carousel this morning. Brigette knew exactly how much pressure was needed to melt away the knots in my upper back and shoulders whilst still keeping it relaxing and comfortable. The recovery balm she used smelt amazing and literally helped melt away any knots, tension and stress. Will definitely go back. Thanks Endota!

A well spent afternoon at endota Carousel. Jodee is an amazing therapist whose calming words and beautiful touch always leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated- ready to face the world again. Thanks Jodee it was amazing ! endota also has a new range of teas available I had immunity and it was lovely with lemon grass and lemon Myrtle.
Going a step further and I was preparing for the outside world I saw an old friend I hadn’t seen for a couple of years, who had also just had a treatment. We sat and chatted (quietly) for a while. There was no pressure to leave by the staff it was lovely to both be able to just sit in the spa lounge making a perfect afternoon. Thank you all

I’ve had 2 pregnancy massages with Linda which have been absolutely amazing! She is very experienced and magical at her job! She has helped relieve so many of my pregnancy aches and pains and I’ll definitely be back for more massages with her 😊

Extremely disappointed by my experience today! I booked a relaxing massage as I had a voucher for it and put all the voucher details in the booking box as requested when booking. I had my massage and at the end they informed me that my voucher had already been used and there was nothing they could do. They made me pay $155 for the service although they could have checked the validity of my voucher before hand. I never would have booked here had I not had this voucher. Very pissed off. The massage in itself was decent.

Today, I received a customised facial by Giorgina and it was absolutely wonderful. Giorgina’s expertise gave us the opportunity to assess my skin and its needs. We went with a hydration facial which took my facial hydration from a 30/60 to a 59/60. I left feeling renewed, hydrated and healthy. I was incredibly relaxed the whole duration (60min) thanks to Giorgina’s soft persona, soft handling techniques and overall wonderful skills, knowledge & care. I will definitely be back!

My mum also received a 60min remedial massage from the lovely Pearl. Her massage was also focused on her specific needs and target areas. Mum raved about her massage all afternoon & praised Pearl on her amazing technic and attention to her needs!
