Usually love Endota but will stick to King William Road in future as Burnside definitely a total let down.

I arrived 15 minutes early, and was ushered out the back. I then waited 23 minutes during which my therapist walked past several times including to make up the room - despite the close proximity I was not acknowledged until she’d made up the room - by this time my appointment was 7 minutes late despite there being no one ahead of me.

The treatment itself was okay but everything felt slow, not relaxing slow just like it took a long time for the therapist to do everything in between so I felt like I how way less of a massage than I usually would.

It then finished around 9 minutes before my original finishing time leaving me feeling somewhat ripped off.

Having been gifted a 75 minute package and having 55 minutes of treatment was definitely a disappointment.

First time I’ve been underwhelmed by an Endota treatment ever - clearly I was just a job and the therapist did not overly want to be there.

First massage experience in 27 painstaking years. Got a custom 1hr massage with feet and face add-on and was serviced by Boglarka, who was so caring and professional. She explained all my pressure points that are tight and noted my misalignments, and recommended me some products that I may look into for future. Will definitely be back to get a massage from her. Lovely location, too. Thanks guys. 🙂

I was called prior to my appointment and asked if I could come half hour later which was fine.
Unfortunately I was really disappointed with Endota! I booked for an hour treatment and actually only received 45 mins in total!!!
I was made to wait 5 mins passed my appointed time as well as a further 10 mins before my masseur returned to the room to start treatment. I mentioned before she started treatment that I had booked for the hour she confirmed that I had. Although the massage was ok hence the 2 stars I do think your treatment starts when they actually start the treatment not when you’ve been made to wait pass your appointment time or for them to return to the room. Clients be aware that your actually getting what you paid for.

I book a relaxation massage with my sister for a Christmas treat every year and we have only walked out about an hour ago and both feel absolutely wonderful! It was blissful! Just what we needed.

I have been coming to the Burnside Endota spa for approximately 4 years since moving from The Mornington peninsula to Adelaide..
I have always loved my experiences, but lately it seems the staff turnover is high , and my favourite therapists no longer work at burnside..
Every therapist is different , seems a lot of younger therapists now , who have perhaps not been trained in the same traditional Endota spa way? Not sure why, but the standard does feel different… very clean calm, and softly spoken staff but treatments are different and more expensive ..

Endota Burnside is amazing. The staff are lovely. The place is always clean, calm, and relaxing. I see Bianca for my massages, and she is the best! She knows exactly what I need, and executes it with precision, and the utmost professionalism every time.
