Cyclone Alfred forced us to find alternative accomodation with short notice. Steve and Desiree could not have been kinder or more obliging. As seniors both with health issues, this was a frightening experience. Steve met us in the underground carpark and transported our luggage to our room assuring us that we were able to stay as long as necessary. He also offered to visit the supermarket for us during our stay and came to our unit and collected our luggage on our departure. I was also escorted across the road to our car under his umbrella. Their kindness will never be forgotten. The unit was comfortable, well appointed and spotless. The location was great, handy to everything and the pool and amenities were top class. We thoroughly recommend Endless Summer Resort as a great destination in happier circumstances.

We were disappointed with this hotel from check in. We arrived late in the avro on a very hot day and our rooms aircon wasn't on which meant the room was so hot we struggled to it cool enough for our daughter to sleep. We ended up having to pull the mattress on the beds and all sleep on lounge room floor. Which defeats the point of paying for a 2 bedroom apartment. Note there is only one small aircon in living space that doesn't cool the bedrooms. The carpet in kids bedroom smelt horrible n musty. The amenities are old and need a refresh, onky have the jets in spa work and sauna you can only use during office hrs.|Only positive is the location n beach views from balcony

We've stayed at Endless Summer over many years with both family and friends and have loved our experience. Unfortunately, our stay this time was disappointing. We booked unit 29 for the first time with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, believing the apartment was of the same standard as others we have enjoyed in the complex. This is not the case. It does not have a full-service kitchen as advertised, "Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and microwave". No oven or grill. There is an air fryer, however we were not familiar with how to use it, and importantly planned meals around an oven, some of which you can't cook in an air fryer. There was only basic crockery in the kitchen, for example two adult food bowls and a few smaller child-sized cereal bowls, so if you had other adults staying/visiting as we did, you'd be left short. There was only one egg cup (for 4 people!), 3 table mats, and no decent sized coffee/tea mugs - only smaller cups. There is a long kitchen bench with overhang, however no bench stools. Two dining chairs had broken springs so very uncomfortable to sit on. The couches were also uncomfortable offering little support. Both bedrooms are quite stuffy if the windows and wooden blinds aren't open, but when the wind blows there is a sensor light outside the main bedroom that comes on regularly, flooding the room with light during the night. The owners haven't made much of an effort to make paying guests feel welcome. The water jug in the fridge was empty upon arrival. The unit needs a face lift, and the inclusions need to be updated and offer value for money, which in our recent experience (Christmas 2024/25) did not offer. The guest information folder encourages feedback which we gave, however the manager was not particularly interested. He seemed annoyed and put out, saying..."yep I'll make a note, yep I'll let them know", not asking any questions or offering solutions, and half turning away as I spoke. Avoid unit 29 if you're looking for a nice place to stay.

We travelled with 4 kids and 4 adults. We used two apartments and both were fantastic. Well appointed and spacious. For us, the resort was perfect. Great pool, great location close to the beach and shops. We loved that the pool was kid friendly and the heated water temperature perfect.
I felt for a couple on a romantic weekend as this was not really the place for them. But if you are a family wanting a beach escape, this is absolutely the spot.

We only had a few days to get away. Kinda just threw a dart at a map and off we went. Just wanted to get away and relax. Couldn’t have picked a better place. This resort is amazing. The pool is sensational. We stayed in a one bedroom on the third floor. Perfect, perfect, perfect. We had the best time. The resort was everything we hoped for and better. Pool was excellent.|We will definitely be back. Thank you to our hosts, you do an amazing job. Did I mention how good the pool was!

Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming staff. Heated pool, beautiful views and very family/children friendly resort. Rooms very well equipped and perfect location, walk to everything in minutes! (Shortcut via the footpath in the parking lot across the road to make the short walk to Main Street even quicker!). Had a wonderful stay for our family reunion - thank you!
