It was a lovely place to stay, tram stop just a minute away .
I think a little more TLC to apartments should be a must , clean but scruffy , but we enjoyed the time there .
Maintenance around some outer parts would be a little more appealing , couldn't have windows opened as some have no screens
Pool was very inviting and great to swim in .

Room was disgusting. We wiped all the benches with wipes and they were nearly black, shower had mould all through it. Dryer didn’t work, washing machine nearly had take off, rubbish from previous people left in cupboard and too top it all off they still have not released our deposit! They said it will take 3-5 days and now we are at 8 days and they just keep saying to wait 4 more days.

Disappointing that people still run businesses like this. It’s 2025 not 1960

We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets in the main bedroom were dirty, the fridge smelled bad, and the apartment was very old and run-down.

When we arrived, we were told we could leave our bags at reception after check-out, but when we checked out and asked to leave our bags for a few hours, they said it wasn’t allowed. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly.

The bathroom in the second bedroom had a very annoying noise when the shower was turned on.

The pool is nice, as is the outdoor area.

Sad to say, me and my family use to love staying here when we come to the GC, but we came back and saw that the apartments are not being cleaned or serviced properly. The rooms we were placed in were infested with cockroaches. We even found cockroaches on our beds in the middle of the night, crawling all over the linen, disgusting! The showers have mould, and behind the bedside tables were mouldy and dusty, looks like the room has not been serviced or cleaned for a very long time. House keeping only comes to bring new sheets, towels and toilet paper, but does not do any house keeping what so ever. This place needs a good clean before considering allowing people to book out their rooms/apartments. I saw that the outside gardens get more cleaned and maintained more than the actual apartments. Don’t bother booking here until they sort out pest control for the cockroaches and actually get a cleaner to clean the apartments.

Filthy dirty and disgusting rude staff. When you try and raise concerns with you they just look straight through you. The carpet in our room had disgusting stains all over. Also a very unsafe place to stay. Some very creepy people hang around this place.

We chose Unit 60; despite backing on to the main thoroughfare, it has amazing sun on both balconies from mid morning till sunset. We liked the fact that the two bedrooms each had their own bathroom, and each on different levels, so you can holiday with friends and be quite private. ||We ate many meals on the downstairs balcony, looking out over the tropical rainforest gardens and listening to the birds.||Although this is self-catering, we liked the thoughtful touches of tea and coffee making things in the apartment, the extra toilet rolls and dishwashing/l;aundry powder to get you started. Perfect situation just by the Northcliffe light rail station and 5 minutes from Cavil Ave (or less on the train).||From observation this seems to be one of the sunnier units and has good heat pumps and fans. Beds were comfortable and the linen crisply clean||This is a great choice for families or couples; not expensive and in a great location where the wide open balconies let you feel part of the scenery and not locked away in a hotel room

Really disappointed with stay here with my husband and little one. We only got one towel each and not even one for my little one. The room and bed was literally falling apart. The dryer did not work, and especially after I did a load of washing. Then the only hanging space was a tiny drying rack that was not big enough for a load of clothes. There was no washing up materials at all. The was sand all through our bed and there wasn’t even sheets to properly fit it, for our doona it was a cheap fluffy blanket that did nothing, we are just lucky it’s summer when we came.

Located within 2 mins walk of Northcliffe light rail , and a 6 minute stroll to Surfers paradise central . |An older place , as many of the Surfers places are but excellent value . |We stayed in Unit 60 and can recommend it . One of only a few two|Level townhouses , it gets great sun from midday onwards , 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies .||It’s not a hotel so you need to top up your own supplies ( toilet rolls, shampoo etc) but that’s reflected in the pricing . ||Full kitchen so you can save a bit on the occasional meals if you want . |We re on end Alfresco Italian and Noethcliffe SL Club for good meals . ||Nice pool and spa and a sauna . |All linen provided was very clean . |Sone units can be dark due to sun location , hence our preference for 60 . |Some traffic noise but minimal ; we easily coped with that and it didn’t keep us awake |Fans and sue in on each level . |
