Another year, another AMAZING stay at emporium hotel! This place never disappoints! Cannot recommend it enough, they really set a very high standard in the hotel industry! Also need to say a huge thanks to Maddy for always making our stay perfect and going above and beyond to meet our needs! Myself and my family all love her! She is a great asset to the buisness and a big part of the reason we will continue to choose emporium over anywhere else to stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights when we arrived in Brisbane from LA. This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were very impressive. Our room and everything we saw was very clean. We only tried the breakfast, but it was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an unexpected overnight stay in Brisbane after missing a connection, after already rerouting our trip due to a canceled flight, so we were having a second night stay in a different unplanned destination and were all completely exhausted. |Emporium completely lifted us up and we had the most incredible night stay. The view and setting at the rooftop pool is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The downstairs bar was very quiet and we enjoyed cocktails and wine and ended the evening with a hugs order from room service that our family shared. The food was all top notch restaurant quality and service all over the hotel from reception to the bar to room service was beyond expectations. The rooms were beautiful and clean and amenities were wonderful. If we could go back, we’d definitely stay at Emporium again and spend more time enjoying everything they have to offer. Highly recommend!

Attended an event at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a selection of different meals to try. I had the chicken which was really nice and juicy but also firm in a good way. The dessert was a little bit too sweet for my tastes but I could see other people enjoy it. Some of the portions could be improved. Staff attending to us were very nice. Overall I was really happy with the whole experience.

Stayed one night on my way through Brisbane to Adelaide. Very friendly and helpful staff got me straight into the spa for a shower after an overnight flight, and then were able to have my room ready before mid morning which really made my day. After a quick energy boosting nap I had a lovely day with friends without feeling the effects of travel. A generously sized room, beautiful bathroom, excellent amenities and I don't think that there can be a better location in Brisbane. Thanks to Kana on the desk for sorting everything out so quickly, and to the young man with the baggage cart who gave me a warm welcome and later acted as photographer when my friends stopped by after lunch. Will book again next year.

We got bill of $27 minibar use after checking out when we never touched the mini bar. I reached out via email where they had no response. So I had to call them to found out it was $18 Espresso Martini and $9 chocolate. I explained that we didn’t touch any of mini bar item the bill must be wrong. Staff on the line checked and gave apology and double checked my email address to send the correct bill. Well, no email has been received and they went ahead and charged $27. I emailed them again with no response. I’ll happily pay whatever service I use but not the one charging customer by mistake! And I’m genuinely surprised how they deal with their mistake like just mediocre hotel. I’ve heard wrong charge from other people’s story but didn’t thought I would face one. Lucky I’m local and can call them when they are not even contactable via email. This alone ruin all the experience of staying there.

Fabulous hotel! Central location on South Bank. The rooms are luxurious with large shower, 6 by 8 foot TV screen, king-size beds. Infinity pool on roof top with great bar. Close to Metro supermarket, Rose and Crown fish and chips, South Bank board walk, fabulous restaurants including The Plough Inn a popular place for beer, cocktails and get-togethers. Got to go there and have fun! Yeah!!!

The BEST couple days stay at The Emporium for my partners birthday. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful stylish atmosphere and provided complimentary champs and a patisserie dessert. So fantastic.

The generous sized mountain view room was perfect even if it was their base room we had a fantastic and comfortable stay, foxtel on demand and fully stocked mini bar. It’s one of those rooms you can hang out in very happily in between adventures.

The pool is off the charts, we enjoyed a great sauna and steam room. There’s an ice bath plunge pool which we didn’t use.
The rooftop bar is gorgeous with amazing service.

Loved the location and was able to walk most place or catch the water ferry.
Couldn’t recommend The Emporium highly enough and do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a stay here.
