Luxurious perfection!
My partner and I stayed here last week as part of our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for! The location is absolutely stunning - the mountains, wildlife and seclusion of the valley was breathtaking. We loved walking and cycling around.
Our room was beautiful. We loved the private heated pool, big bath, big comfy bed and fireplace. It was spotlessly cleaned and serviced every day and the little touches like bath salts and evening turn down service made it extra special.
The food menu was incredible, especially the dinner menu in the restaurant! Breakfast, lunch and room service were all great too, and the drinks.
We also really appreciated the arrival drinks in celebration of our wedding/honeymoon, the house sparking rose is devine 🙂
Every single member of the team who we interacted with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (including restaurant, bar, guest services, reception, room service, management), they have created such a warm and welcoming environment for guests. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend 🙂

LOVED this place! Remote and a long trip, but worth it. Food was fantastic (with entire vegan menus!), service was phenomenal, and the fitness center was one of the best experiences I’ve had at hotels. Kangaroos everywhere, all the time. Stunning views and plenty of activities!

Pros
Staff are lovely. Generally down to earth , if you request they will do.
Tim the GM met us upon arrival , and popped in at meals randomly for a quick chat - a nice touch.
Villa was very nice. At this price point , Mini bar etc was all inclusive (as it SHOULD be)
Location is fantastic , a real proper hidden gem IMO.
Staff were flexible and helpful in our last minute requests and tours.
If you love wombats , are fit are adventurous and have a bit of cash you must visit ?
Also many tracks in and around the place for some walking or biking fun

Cons
A notable touch of wear around the villa noted from previous clients. Alittle dirty / dusty here n there. Included bikes are in need of a clean up and service (almost unusable) but the kids bike was new.
Can I suggest a basic tool kit in each villa so clients can adjust bikes / seat height etc.
Also please try to guarantee Wifi access - it failed today and while we were leaving , others relying on the ‘net for work or kids entertainment might be slightly miffed

Keen to come back in a year or so - hopefully with some clean new bikes and a good once over the facility ?

A mystique getaway and stunning location for a holiday. The accommodation was perfect. I travelled with a friend and two little girls, and we all had the best time. To all the staff at Wolgan Valley, we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left, which made our stay a beautiful experience, especially with the little ones. The food was divine, with so much to explore, see and wonder about in relaxation.
The facilities, service, food, adventures, views and, most of all, the staff were perfect. We couldn't have been more accommodated. Wolgan Valley was a One&Only holiday experience far exceeding all expectations. At every turn, we were delighted with the friendly customer service, always greeted with a smile, and they spoiled us in every way from start to finish. An absolutely stunning property, beautiful rooms and amazing staff. We had an incredible week stay at Wolgan Valley for our honeymoon and wished we could've stayed for longer! Food was excellent, they easily catered to dietary requirements. Was lovely to chat to the same staff every day, hear interesting facts about the resort and get some great tips for activities around the property. The guides were all very qualified and made our experiences highly enjoyable. We saw heaps of wildlife and felt privileged to stay in such a beautiful location. Can't wait to go back!

My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon at One & Only Wolgan Valley and the experience overall was excellent. The accommodation, location and service went above and beyond our expectations. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, with each villa being far enough away from the others so you had privacy. The experiences were fun and our tour guide Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. The location, animals and views are stunning and by far the best thing about the place. The only odd/negative thing was being expected to tip the staff when the price to stay is already quite dear. We would expect (and hope) that working at such a renowned 5 star resort they would be paid well enough to not require tips. However all in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Took my wife here for a special anniversary- the service from start to finish was exemplary. From a freshly lit fire to warm the villa, to regular room turn downs and a constantly topped up mini bar as well as fantastic food & wine in the restaurants- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We also loved our attached pool (although the water would be better heated). Our only other gripe was that the provider activities could be better value for money…Otherwise fabulous!

This was our 4th time staying at Emirates Wolgan Valley. Once again, we were treated to a fantastic, amazing holiday over Christmas. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the activities (Horse riding, tree planting, archery, night wildlife tour etc). We had a wonderful time together as a family bike riding around the location over the 5 days we were here.
The staff were attentive and no request was too difficult.
I have to say that the food has definitely leveled up since our previous visit 3 years ago with the revamp with Bentley Dining. Christmas Day lunch and Boxing Day BBQ lunch were a definite highlight.
Some improvements can be made with the consistency and level of housekeeping. Pool cleaning during changeovers is a necessity these days for hygiene as well.
Thank you once again for a memorable experience for our family.
