My husband & I have stayed here a few times, great place to bed down for the night. Rooms are clean & tidy, beds comfortable & showers hot. It’s owned by a lovely couple, friendly & helpful. The grounds are neat & tidy. If you happen to have someone in the Emerald Hospital it’s right beside it, very handy. The rooms are serviced every day if you stay for awhile, close to town centre. Would highly recommend you do stay next you are visiting Emerald.

What can I say. Arrived here after 7 hours driving. The location is great and first impressions were of immaculate grounds. ||The check in process was delightful, long conversations and a real welcome.||The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities one might need.||I have stayed in a few Aussie motels over the last 18 months. It’s been interesting and the range on offer really does vary. Experience suggests that price is not necessarily an indicator of quality. Tonight is an example. Great spot and recommended.

Room was quite good size, very clean , nicely decorated and a pleasure in which to spend a night. Queen bed with nice linen, 2 tub chairs. Bathroom nice and clean, but on small side. Overall, very good value. A nice bonus, the owners very friendly and helpful, which is a big plus.

The owners, Doug and Stella are very friendly people and welcomed us in and enjoyed a chat. The Room we had was clean and had everthing we needed, it easily accomodated our family of 5. The free WiFi was high speed. Would happily stay again if passing through Emerald.

The motel owners are lovely and friendly both to our toddler and fur babies. Our room was large and comfortable, the room was dated but the soft furnishings were new and luxurious. This was our second overnight stay and we where not disappointed.

This older motel had no screens on the windows so we couldn’t get fresh air. There was no shampoo or biscuits provided; we had to carry our towels to the room; but a good quantity of milk was provided in a jug. The wifi was abysmal. It seems that wifi capacity is very low so connecting was a real issue (maybe it’s better closer to the office). Customer service was poor. We had to wait through two phone calls to check in and were told “these are our business”, not getting that someone standing in the office was also “business”. The gravel parking area meant you could hear everyone come and go, and many of the tradies staying there left early in the morning.

We stayed overnight in Emerald and thankful for finding this place. The owners were very friendly and so helpful. Provided us with some plates and bowls so we could get a quick getaway. The rooms are reasonably priced, clean, comfortable with fridge, toaster and kettle. Just near the hospital but still very quiet. There is a little shopping centre within a short walk with a supermarket. Apart from that a walk to Maccas, KFC and Pizza Hut. We chose the tavern, again a short walk and had a reasonably priced meal, good pub food, a clean, fairly new by the look of it. Woul d recommend this motel to stay at and would look forward to coming back to Emerald

This really is a lovely motel to stay at. Very clean & tidy & just what we needed for our two night stay in Emerald. The owners & staff are friendly & the place has a nice atmosphere. There is an outdoor seating area to enjoy an evening drink as well.
