The staff are accommodating, friendly and charming. The cabins are small but clean, comfy and pet friendly. My only concern was that the park didn't perform a background check on our two cats. Turns out the cats wanted to leave at 2 am. Had I known that, I wouldn't have allowed the cats to stay with us. The park was excellent for the 6 hours the cats permitted us to stay.

We were met by a friendly lady in Reception. Our room was comfortable and pet friendly. The cabin met our needs and the bed was amazingly comfortable after a long day's driving. When I arrived the reception staff were super helpful and welcoming.

Will stay again if passing through Emerald.

Parked in an unpowered site. Really helpful staff guided us to where the best spots to set up would be. Good bbq / kitchen / laundry space, heaps of open grounds to choose from. Bathroom facilities weren’t the best, only cold water & lotsa bugs (like heaps, everywhere). Perhaps some insect control whether a device, or more geckos even would help. Good high shelf for your clothes, hook & shower curtain to avoid clothes getting wet but only cold shower isn’t great.

Had an overnight stay here on our travels.
Stayed in one of the motel rooms, excellent price for a room that has everything you need for an good night's sleep on your long trip.

Rv unpowered $9/person. Friendly, welcoming staff and guests. Facilities great and very clean. Enough of everything. Will go again. Highly recommend.

What an excellent place to stay. We were lucky to have been recommended here. We've been here a few days and have found the staff to happily go over and above to help sort out problems and just listen. More than amenable to last minute issues and changes for us. Fish and Chips cooked crunchily. Beautifully clean amenities and camp kitchen. Thanks for the helps.

I am really, really impressed with this place. First off, by far the cheapest accommodation I could find, at $90 for a simple but clean (and well equipped) room.

The staff are so lovely. Their attitude is exactly why regional Australian communities are known for their friendly demeanour and approachability. This is further reflected in the general attitude of the people staying here and the evident enjoyment of the kids you can see playing together around the park.

There is a campfire "happy hour" on in the evenings near the entrance, and the in-house fish and chips are phenomenal. I can't think of anywhere you can get this much squid and chips for $15 AND have it taste so good.

I was considering driving through and bush camping tonight, but very glad I changed my mind and decided to stay here. Will definitely be back.

Had a quick overnight stop here while travelling in my van. No shade at first, but asked if I could move and Debbie was nothing but fantastic in her response.
The fish & chip shop on site was doing a roaring trade on Friday night. The reception also sell alcohol.
The communal kitchen is one of the best I have seen or used.
The whole facility was spotless.
Shame it doesn’t have a pool to cool off in but that’s never a deal breaker for me.
I would stay here again.
