Over the last two years, I’ve stayed at more than 40 motels, and the service at Emerald Motel Apartments has been the best by far. Clint has been fantastic, going out of his way to make everything easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s a great spot for anyone working in the area. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Location is fine, on a side street away from traffic noise. Each apartment is self standing cabin. Seating outside ok but not for eating, table is too low and it’s very dusty. Eating inside in ly on high stools.
On cleanliness ☹️: bed linen and towels OK; filthy ash-tray; dirty plates; oven top sticky and greasy; toilet dirty.
All easily improvable.
Host was not on-site but easy to reach and responsive.

What can i say but WOW.

I never leave reviews on motel stays as theyre usually pretty meh but emerald apartments take the cake for the best customer service, clenliness ease of use. I was made to feel like i was at the hilton and got the most warm welcome for my stay.

I honestly think you should charge more. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Absolutely disgusting, from every thing in the room to the motel managers attitude.||||Here are the lounge and bedrooms aircon filter on arrival. Refusal of refund and absolutely no cooperation. Very judgemental straigh off the bat. The spa vents were putridly full of hair/pubes/dirt/dust/neglect.

Clean and spacious. Check in was easy, even for after hours arrival. Great for travellers whom want to cook and even had washing machine. Walking distance to food.

Cons: apartments that are down end of driveway are too close to fast food places. Trucks will start pulling up to unload at 4am.
Also confirmed booking we had a room with bath, was given the wheelchair access room on arrival instead with no explanation.
