Easy to find and access with friendly service on check in. We were expecting to be late and were accommodated even though we ended up being early. Spacious, very comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. Love the personalised note from housekeeping staff and that the compendium has been replaced with a digital version. We will definitely stay again.

This is a nice motel which is clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the shower taps constantly dripping. This led to the floor in the bathroom being wet as there is only a shower curtain. We gave feedback but were told the minerals in the water were to blame and that there was nothing to be done. We have stayed in 8 motels in SW QLD over the past 2 weeks and this was the only motel where we encountered this problem. My friend in the neighbouring room had an issue with the shower drain being blocked which resulted in the water flooding the bathroom floor.

Everyone was so friendly here! Had a pleasant stay. The tavern and restaurant are both lovely with great food. Only tiny complaint is the bugs in the room, but it is Queensland, what are you going to do?
Overall I had a great experience and will be looking to book here again next time I'm in Emerald.

It has a great location, situated between the Maraboon Tavern, which has a fantastic playground for kids and allows you to charge back to your room (room key as proof). The Capricornian restaurant is also next door and does room service delivery for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is handy. Both offer great food and service.

The motel has a pool great for the kids and a cinema across the road, where we watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. My two and 4-year-olds were very entertained for our five days there, and parks and splash pad are all 5 minutes away.

We had a one-bedroom family suite with a small dining table, recliner leather chair, a large bed, and two singles in a separate room. The room was clean, serviced daily, with fresh condiments, and had a microwave, fridge, and bath. The staff were very lovely and helpful too.

We had an issue on our way to stay at this wonderful motor inn after a very long drive and Denise was so kind and wonderful in the delima that we had, she took care of us, I would give her an 11 out of 10. Highly recommend and we will always stay here when we come up this way and willl be telling our friends. This was our first encounter with this motor inn. Thank you

I can't rate these guys highly enough! They were super friendly and very accommodating! We had a flight cancellation so they generously allowed us to have a very late check out of our rooms.

Comfy room with everything I needed and a great shower (pressure/ temp) which unfortunately you don't get everywhere.
