We have stayed here three times which should just about tell the story. A very well located, quiet, motel. Terrific if you are travelling with your pet, as we are, since there is an excellent walking area very near by. It is off the main road, so quiet and the rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and generally well equipped. We go regularly through Emerald and don’t consider staying anywhere else (although on one occasion we did).

We used to stay at this motel all the time when passing through Emerald. Not anymore! The rooms are still clean and staff are pleasant enough, even if they can't understand what you are saying. But it seems to be mostly permanent residents who are extremely noisy, and the language was terrible. We moved to another motel it was that bad!

Room was basic but clean. Problem seems to be that they have some 'long termers' in there who are, lets say, rather noisy from early in the day to late at night as they congregate.

For the cost of the room it did not live up to standards. AC system failed and had to move rooms. The customer service dude was good, but for the cost I think they should ensure the room is good before renting. Emerald seems like a nice town. I wish I had more time to look around. After spending 11 hours in the car I did not have time.

Large room with large bathroom too. Close to the hospital so handy if that's needed.
Service: not much at reception, given a Chinese cafe menu on check in and the key- no info, nothing else.

Nice clean comfy beds. The step down into the shower is a bit hazardous for older folk as is the 1 inch difference in floor height between room and bathroom. Stub your toe material. All the rest was fantastic.

Great value for money. We showed up and I’d booked the wrong dates. They were most accommodating. They added an extra bed while we were at dinner for our third child. The rooms were clean. Linen immaculate. Family run, lovely people. Thank you!
